Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Meckenbeuren

Cheerful apartment with separate entrance, located under the house of Bernadette and Daniel, two great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is small but has absolutely everything you need. It has a washing machine, kitchen, oven, even massage chair (ideal for when you return from long walks) and a sauna (we don't use it since we went in summer, but it's definitely a plus if you go in winter). The location is optimal for touring several of the beautiful places in the area. I definitely recommend the place. We had privacy at all times and Bernadette and Daniel cared that our stay was great!

The apartment is small but lovingly furnished with everything you need and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the fact that you can also use a swimming pool and a sauna with the key. In the immediate vicinity there is a delicious restaurant, otherwise you walk approx. 10 minutes to the village and there are many possibilities there. There is a folder with all the important information and many tips (for hikes, restaurants, etc.). Only the view of the street is not quite as nice, but manageable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay.

Clean place, quietly located at the end of a residential area. Absolutely sufficient for 3 people in size. There is a double bed and a single bed (sofa bed) available. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

We had a very nice stay at Taru and Andreas' place! The apartment is super well-maintained and clean, very appealing and equipped to a high standard! Mention should be made of the very comfortable beds, the complete equipment of the kitchen including DeLonghi coffee machine/dishwasher, very nice dishes, etc. - nothing is missing! Taru's communication is always very approachable and loving. The information material for activities that was available gave us wonderful suggestions and helped us to plan our vacation. The two cute Papillon dogs Doris and Marie were immediately taken into our hearts. Since we were probably able to experience the last late summer sunny days at Lake Constance, we did not use the gallery - this area for daydreams is also very inviting. A nice goodie is the 75-inch TV :-))) for evening rest and relaxation. We wish Taru, Andreas, the Papillon girls + the dear cats all the best from the heart!

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful place. We and our children enjoyed all the attention from our hosts and the home with pool.

Very nice apartment and check-in worked out easily. The amenities are of very high quality and the comfort is excellent. Cleanliness was impeccable. We particularly liked the modern and new wellness area in the neighboring hotel. Sauna, pool, hot tub and steam bath all there and the use was free! The stay is highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

We stayed for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed staying with Alexandra and her husband. The space is beautiful, super clean and well prepared. Alexandra is so lovely and helpful. We’d highly recommend staying with them.

very warm welcome, friendly, open hosts. Ambience wonderful. Beautiful hiking trails can be reached in 1 minute from the castle. Very large garden. Very quiet location but excursions in all kinds of directions wonderfully feasible. Swimming lake 10 minutes by car. Anytime again, just beautiful!

Marcel and Yvonne were perfect hosts, nice, quiet place and close to St Gall.

I felt at home and cozy. The room is large and comfy. The garden is beautiful. And the family is fun and friendly. So is the dog Chipsy. The neighborhood is peaceful. The train station is close by and the whole town is walkable. It's also perfect for an extended stay and trips to the mountains (about 1 hour away) and to the Bodensee (about 30 minutes away).

Karin is a likeable and uncomplicated hostess. I felt very comfortable with her. Thank you for the nice hospitality. I'd love to come back.

A stay in the house of Annemarie & Martin is highly recommended. It is very well equipped, very modern and definitely corresponds to the photos of the listing. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, roses and cake in the house. You have a beautiful view of Bregenz and Lake Constance. The lounge, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious. Communication was very friendly, straightforward and accommodating from the beginning.

It was a very comfortable accommodation, communications has been very smooth and easy. I will surely come back
