Efficient communication and friendly host. Apartment is nice and cozy. We enjoyed our stay here.

We were warmly received and it was a pleasant stay. We were 2 families and had plenty of space. Our dog was also with us and was occasionally in the garden. Fortunately, it was also good weather, a lot of snow and a 30-minute drive is the ski slope for families Bodele-Schwarzenberg. Was really wonderful weather and if you are a starting skier, this slopes are more than enough. The house is perfect for families and has everything you'll need. The beds are good and otherwise it is neat. Thank you Andrea for your hospitality.

We spent a very nice (house, grounds, hospitality,...) and exciting (storks and squirrels as neighbors, garden use with barbecue, interesting conversations, excursions) week in the lake house of Simone and family, thank you!

Philipp's place was neat and clean. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen offered sufficiently good amenities and had everything you need. The decor was discreet and tasteful. The environment is very quiet and relaxing. There was ample parking. In the area there were some beautiful hiking trails and various excursion destinations to reach in about 30 minutes. Overall highly recommended!

We immediately felt at home in the historic farmhouse. It has a great flair, lots of wood and above all lots of space. If I were looking for a place for a Christmas with three or four other families - I would book this house right away. Each unit has a bathroom and kitchen, there is a lot to discover and for the children it is a huge indoor playground. The hostess was very caring and regularly let us share her culinary achievements and carved a pumpkin with our children for Halloween. The house is completely centrally located in the Allgäu, so everything in the Allgäu can be reached within one driving hour. We became fans within a week - of Allgäu and this great house. All the best!

We enjoyed it very much in the small cottage. The balcony is wonderful, you really feel like you're in a tree house. We were there in the fall, so it's definitely nicer in the summer. Arne was very friendly and we could even use bicycles that were in the garage. Since the cottage was not yet rented after our stay, we were able to use it all day. Sipplingen is a nice little place with a small train station. From there we could take the bike on the train and make beautiful excursions. Lake Constance is wonderfully clear.

Our stay at the place was very pleasant. We liked the fireplace the most, which we also lit. Then it got really nice and warm and cozy. Our dog also felt really comfortable and had a nice big garden to romp around. What we also found heartwarming was that the hostess had put down a towel for us to clean the paws of our dog (we unfortunately had not thought of that). Nearby is also a Spar so that nothing stood in the way of physical well-being. The area is breathtakingly beautiful. We would book the place again anytime. The communication between the hostess and us also went well. Everything totally straightforward and friendly. If you want to recover from the stress of everyday life, this is the place to be. For us, it was great and we were able to see the family (who lives there) again for a while :-)

We had a truly wonderful stay, not only because the apartment had everything we needed, but also thanks to the hosts, who are absolutely fantastic people. Everything was perfect, and we wholeheartedly recommend both the accommodation and the location. We will definitely recommend this stay to others and hope to return in the future!.

Very friendly, helpful hosts. Beautiful, well-kept and well-equipped apartment with large furnished terrace and great views. We enjoyed our stay in Rebstein very much and were also culinary on our account. Rebstein is well developed in terms of public transport. Since the apartment is a little higher in the slope, it is more suitable for guests with car, but not exclusively!

Actually, we would have to write now, everything was bad. So that no one books this place, and then would be free for us at all times. But it's not. Everything was perfect for us. From the warm hostess Claudia, who designed and equipped the apartment down to the last detail. A terrace in the garden with table and chairs invites you to another drink. A small village shop, where you can also have breakfast, is a short walk away. From here you can take many excursions, by foot or by car. We will definitely come back, and hope to stay with Claudia.

I highly recommend the place, very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, e.g. microwave, fridge, hotplates, coffee maker and tea kettle. Even coffee powder, filters and sugar, as well as spices such as salt and pepper are equipped. The apartment is quite small, but perfectly sufficient for up to two people for a few days. I was there alone and felt very comfortable. A highlight is also the swimming pool and sauna area, which you can use every day free of charge. A parking space to the apartment is also provided. Lovely spacious apartment that suited us well. A few peculiar little things: - Coffee capsules are only available for purchase in the vending machine in the underground parking lot. Nice capsules with elaborate Relaxed Urban Living branding, but a distinction between the two varieties is not possible. One is probably decaffeinated, so you just have to know or be lucky. The machine swallowed the €2 but then gave nothing out. The capsules are also available in the Spar next door. A few included capsules would probably not cut too much into the margin. - A few pictures on the walls or a nightstand would make the whole thing more homely. The minimalist style fits anyway, but that's just cell phone and glasses on the floor. Communication worked well and a second key that I asked for promptly appeared. The washing machine in the apartment was unexpected and was a plus. Not every apartment has one.

Beautiful quiet apartment. Everything you need, bed we found very comfortable. Nice landlords... We felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back sometime;).

The apartment is nicely located and was very clean. It is also well equipped and of high quality, the kitchen lacks nothing. Valdenia was always available and friendly. We felt very comfortable!

We really enjoyed the time in the cottage with the many lovingly designed details. Again and again, we were able to make new experiences in the cottage. Small vases with fresh branches, flowers, special dishes, a bowl of fresh fruits, homemade jam .... The written and then the verbal exchange was very straightforward. If we will spend another vacation in Heiden, whenever possible, with Jessica and Stephan!

we were Joachim and Antontte for a longer period of time and felt lovingly welcomed and comfortable from the first moment. The accommodation is a dream, very nice and furnished with love for detail. A small kitchenette, but large enough and functionally equipped with everything so that you can take care of yourself for a longer period of time. Bathroom and toilet are very clean and also very nicely furnished. There is a wood-burning stove that makes you cozy even in a not so nice weather with a book and a cup of tea. Antonette and Joachim are very courteous, they try to fulfill every wish of the guests if possible. The value for money is best, so we'd love to come back.

We enjoyed the three days in the loft very much! Quiet location ideal for relaxing. Very nice opportunities for dog walks nearby. Ideal accommodation for people and dogs! We say thank you to Petra as host.
