Relaxing apartment on the UNESCO World Heritage Site Reichenau. We are happy to share it with you! The apartment is ideal for a family and is too small for four adults or total strangers. Please have a good look at the floor plan for more details as the bathroom is only reachable from the living room! Bedroom 1 has a small kitchen area that can be hidden from view. Bedroom 2 is a comfortable sleeper couch in the living room area. We prefer guests with at least one prior air bnb review.

The two-room apartment with about 57 square meters is located on the 6th floor of the holiday center of Oberteuringen. The apartment offers magnificent panoramic views of the Alps and Lake Constance. The in-house indoor swimming pool is free for holiday guests. The indoor pool is open from 8am to 8pm, but closed from January 7th to February 6th In the price is a car parking space included. Arriving by car is recommended, as the connection to public transport is not particularly good.

Wellness in the Rosenalm - the modern sauna and the large swimming pool with mountain views can be used free of charge! The "HEIMATEL 151/4" offers about 45 square meters of living space and space for 4 people (double bed & bunk bed). The room is newly renovated, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and in the small kitchen you will miss nothing. The area is fantastic! Everything is ready for a holiday for two or with the family! The apartment has no balcony and no terrace.

Modern equipped apartment with an area of about 90 m². All furniture is new. Separate bathroom and toilet. Bathroom with shower and window. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge, dishwasher, oven, etc. Nespresso machine 65-inch TV in the living area, Netflix Lake Constance is about 10 minutes away. Right in Lauterach there is a natural idyllic swimming lake. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, etc. Bregenz and bus and train 5 minutes away.

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Small and cozy is our apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 square meters), which is just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance with a swimming area. With beautiful views of the old castle park, you can enjoy a few quiet days by the lake. An indoor pool, sauna or table tennis room are also available in the house. Maybe see you soon? We had a great time at Lake Constance in the tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment of Meike and Christoph. There really is nothing to complain about, we immediately felt comfortable, and enjoyed the advantages of the accommodation (beautiful garden with pool (!), sauna) very much. The hosts are very committed and friendly, everything worked out. Thanks again and hopefully see you soon.

It was very nice, great surroundings, you could also park well in the street, it was hot, but the apartment remained quite cool with shutters dropped down, not far to the beach, nice cafe opposite monastery, everything also easily accessible on foot in 15-20 minutes. We would come back 😃☀️⛵️🐟

Very nice two-level apartment in a historic house. Nice view of Untersee directly opposite the back door. Very well equipped. Great location in the middle of Berlingen, which is small but has a couple of really nice restaurants, a good bakery and a quality butchers. Marco and Sara were fantastic friendly hosts, with great communication!

Lovely spacious apartment that suited us well. A few peculiar little things: - Coffee capsules are only available for purchase in the vending machine in the underground parking lot. Nice capsules with elaborate Relaxed Urban Living branding, but a distinction between the two varieties is not possible. One is probably decaffeinated, so you just have to know or be lucky. The machine swallowed the €2 but then gave nothing out. The capsules are also available in the Spar next door. A few included capsules would probably not cut too much into the margin. - A few pictures on the walls or a nightstand would make the whole thing more homely. The minimalist style fits anyway, but that's just cell phone and glasses on the floor. Communication worked well and a second key that I asked for promptly appeared. The washing machine in the apartment was unexpected and was a plus. Not every apartment has one.

Communication with Christof was always very friendly, quick and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained and cozy. In the garden you could relax and barbecue and walk/hike well in the area. Can absolutely recommend the apartment :)

I spontaneously decided to leave with two of my children on Saturday night. Everything worked out perfectly and the next morning we were in the car on the way to vacation. The place of Eduard and Anna was exactly as shown on the pictures. It was clean and everything you need. On the beds there was a sweet as a welcome ☺️ the kids thought it was great and I also felt right at home. The apartment was a great starting point for many activities! The swimming pool, which is part of the complex and can be used free of charge, was also very clean, just like the associated sauna. Communication with Eduard was super fast and straightforward. Thank you very much. We really needed this week off with fantastic ☀️ sunshine. I'm sure we'll be back!
