Monthly Rentals in McHenry County

We had a great stay in this lovely little cottage while visiting family in Woodstock. It was clean and well-appointed, as well as being located wonderfully close to the square. Matched the description perfectly and the host was responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

The apartment, upstairs from The Records Department (a vinyl shop), is pretty wonderful. I took the train from O’Hare to Woodstock and walked one block, so it was very convenient. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfy with some nice retro touches like a Ms Pac-Man arcade game and a “hi-fi” console with turntable and eight-track tape player. There’s plenty of nice seating in the living room, thoughtfully placed charging cables, clear instructions on how to use climate controls, and a laundry room. And there’s the cool neon sign out front. It’s a great location with movies across the street, a barber next door (I got a haircut), and plenty of places to eat, drink, and buy chocolate around the downtown square.

We felt right at home. Our stay was long term and everything we could ever ask for in a home away from home. Talia was very nice, interactive, educational,and super helpful, even provided us with a great departure gift. This was a very clean, and awesome place to stay. Can't wait to revisit.

This was our second time staying here and absolutely loved it both times! It’s so quiet and nice and easy to get into Woodstock. Rehana is always very responsive with communication and keeps the property spotless. We hope to stay again in the future!
