Rare 4 bedroom home on 1st floor! No stairs to beds, baths or Laundry. Amazing grounds w/ massive trees & very large 3 seasons room. Lovely formal dining room w/ well stocked kitchen. 2 king beds, 1 queen & kids room has a great bunk bed w/ full size lower mattress. 2 Full Bathrooms, again all on the main floor, walk in shower in the Master. Large seating area in living room & big TV to boot. Basement is a bonus space if you wish to use. It's very nice but the main floor has everything you need.
