Outdoor patio with a Weber grill along with a great view. Close to boat ramps, swimming and fishing Discounts on Paddleboards and Kayaks. Hunters and Fishermen are always welcome! Built in 2017, very cute and very comfortable... A guest apartment with dorm frig, microwave, coffee pot and sink. Very nice 3/4 Bath. Dining table and TV w/DVD. Nice place! BUT All the fun is outside! Walking distance to Lake McConaughy. Local attractions are Vans Fish Camp, Hooks Lake Bar & Grill McConaughy and Bayside Golf and Resort. Sandy beaches, water sports and fishing. 2 spaces for parking. Free boat and jetski parking available at the marina.

This home is as beautiful as they come, stocked with just about every item one can think of. Not to mention the simulator, pool table and shuffle table were a blast. Would highly recommend to anybody!! Some of the qualities of this house truly inspired us in what we want our future home to look like. Thanks again for a great hosting

We go to the Lake in Ogallala every summer we rented hotels in the past this time we decided to rent a house and this was perfect for our whole family and we are glad that we did it’s everything we expected and next year we will gladly rent this one agian 🤗

Great location!! It was the perfect place for our family get together.. the bedrooms had plenty of space and the attached bathrooms made it very convenient. The internet/tv was not working the best but we did not mind as we were at the lake most of the time. There was also not a grill (as shown in the pictures) . Overall, we would definitely book again! Great time!

The Lake House Retreat

We had a great stay at the lake house. The house easily accommodated our two adults and 6 teenage girls. Plenty of shower space and available hot water. The area was peaceful and close enough to mom & pop convenience/gas stores, the Lemoyne boat ramp and Sandy Beach. Plenty of parking area for our two vehicles and a boat. The carport came in very handy for storing our paddle boards and backing the boat under one night when it rained hard. And last but not least, Nichole was a great host. Very responsive when we had a question. We'll be looking to do another trip next year. Thanks Nichole!

The Arthur Bay Suite

Wonderful team to address, Host was so sweet, checking in on us after the tornado warning. Beautiful furnishings and everything was pretty much ready to go. Just bring yourself , clothing and friends, they provide everything else. Thank you again and for taking care of us and resolving the booking issues. I would recommend highly. Plan to see you all next year 2025.
