Gildas' accommodation is exactly as described: Great value He did everything he could to ensure a comfortable stay. From impeccable rooms to thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. There were 6 of us, a family of 4 and the grandparents, for a baptism & birthday. We had time to visit St Suzanne, a medieval city. Restful and pleasant stay. Again, thank you for this great experience!

very pleasant setting, no noise nearby. host respectful of our stay (not invasive) we really thought at home the space of the stay. to recommend i would definitely repeat the activity I had come for. and I would come back to this property. 2 rentals were available side by side we did not know. because a comrade could have stayed close to us instead of renting something else. pity. but it's by no means negative. i repeat I recommend 200%

Excellent stay, quiet place, impeccable accommodation with everything available.

Séverine’s house is an extremely well appointed residence. The accommodation has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is set in a very peaceful and beautiful rural area. The pretty village of La Baconnière is only a short drive away, where you will find an excellent restaurant/bar, a boulangerie and a small grocery shop. I would definitely recommend a stay at Séverine’s place!

We had a magical time here and can't recommend it highly enough. The property and surroundings are beautiful. And we appreciated how every detail and comfort had been considered. We hope to return one day soon!

I understand better why Nadia is a great host, she is a very very kind, considerate and attentive person. The apartment was beyond my expectations, spacious, bright and very quiet in old Mayenne, everything is planned so that we have the best possible stay. Everything is well equipped and thought out, right down to the umbrella provided!!! You will find all the desired shops around within walking distance. Really, I can only recommend this place where you feel good. What more can I say! Nothing…! Thank you Nadia, if I have the opportunity to come back to Laval, I will come back 😉

Very functional studio for spending a weekend in Laval and located close to the train station. Very responsive hosts and very clear check-in instructions.

Very functional accommodation, everything is done to welcome visitors pleasantly. Small touches in each room, (water bottles, treats for breakfast, coffee capsules, etc.) the instructions are clear and precise for everyday life (rules of good conduct, etc.) and everything is well organized.

Nice accommodation. Both in the city center but also extremely quiet (does not overlook the street). Easy access parking spaces, free at night. Great communication with Hélène, always very reachable. I recommend it (and I'm going back in 10 days!)

I spent 2 nights in this small studio, everything was great! Great location in the cobbled streets of Laval, behind the castle. Everything nearby. A private courtyard that feels good, where you can sit or eat. I think in the summer, the cool side of the accommodation and the private terrace are great! Several lights in the accommodation, which gives a good atmosphere. And I slept very well in the bed. So great stay, thank you!

Great accommodation, nothing is missing and especially 50m from the towpath for a walk or run after work. :)

The property is at the top of its best! Well located (10 minutes walk from the center) and on a quiet street. The billiards, the balneo and the massage shower are very nice! Boris was very responsive. Going there without so much as a second thought
