We only rented this place for 1 night because we had a birthday nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation and its amenities. The setting is very nice. In short, I recommend it even for longer stays or family weekends.

I didn't know Laval at all. The location of Nicolas' accommodation allowed me to explore, to have easy access to the city center, very nice to reach the center by the towpath along the Mayenne. The apartment is quiet, easy to access, warm, very comfortable. We are independent without being isolated. I was able to come easily from the train station, and join her to take the shuttle that took me to LavalVirtual, a trade show I was traveling for. I won't hesitate for a second to come back to Nicolas' next year or to recommend his place. Thanks to him for his kind hosting and responsiveness!

Very good welcome from Mrs. Thérèse and her spouse, the house is very warm and the environment around the house very relaxing. The breakfast offered was really delicious all the amenities you need with organic and local products. We had a perfect stay in this beautiful guest house. The discussions with the hosts were very pleasant and interesting. We'll probably come back if the opportunity arises.

It was a really nice stay and the hosts were very friendly. Staying in a farm is a wonderful experience itself, so highly recommended! The animals were all so nice and friendly. Dogs, Cats, Horses etc made it a special experience. Breakfast was also very nice. Hope to be back one day.

The cottage fully matches the photos. It is located in the park of a manor, adjoining an imposing and very beautiful residence. Being able to enjoy the whole estate - in addition to the private space - is very pleasant. The mansion is located along a low-traffic road and is completely closed (no problem for dogs, who can run everywhere). A reasonable distance from the Breton coast (Cancale, Saint Malo,...), Mont Saint Michel, and close to large forest estates with walking/hiking possibilities (however the car is necessary). Averill and Ron are absolutely charming, responsive, concerned about the well-being of their guests. We had a pleasant time with them.

We had a wonderful stay at Valerie’s beautiful home, which was peaceful, clean and very comfortable. It was lovely to meet Valerie’s charming family and all her animals. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - full of homemade goodies. We highly recommend a stay at Valerie’s place.

Good value for money, a peaceful place, the bedroom equipped with a shower room was spacious and bright. The place was very clean, and well decorated. Gina is a very nice host with whom we exchanged very freely. I would highly recommend.

Very good stay at John's. A relaxing family week, just as we were looking for. The pool is really great, access to the lake is really a plus with a dog. John is a very responsive host if there are any questions. Thanks John for this stay

Had a lovely stay in the hidden gem gite. It was so clean on arrival and there was a lovely welcome pack. It is in a beautiful location and very peaceful. The hosts were really helpful and responsive.
