Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Located within a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Mauguio , 5 minutes from public transport, 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the new Montpellier TGV station, 20 minutes from the beaches of Carnon and Palavas. The house is newly equipped with air conditioning on the ground floor and 1st floor, and two bedrooms upstairs have mosquito nets on the windows.
