You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

Très agréable séjour dans un environnement calme et paisible en pleine nature, mais à moins d'une heure de Motovun, Pula et Rovinj, des lieux très sympas à découvrir. Accueil absolument adorable de Nevenka avec une bouteille de vin et des clémentines de son jardin, hôte très réactive et de très bons conseils ! Maison typique très charmante, seule la douche mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour relaxant en Istrie.

Wir hatten zu viert (2Personen/2Hunde) ein paar schöne Tage bei Ivana. Alles war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Whirlpool war super und auch in die Stadt ans Meer war es Katzensprung. Ein paar wesentliche Dinge noch zu erwähnen: einen Billiardtisch gibt es nicht, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen war, jedoch einen Kicker Kasten (ist jedoch eher für Kinder/sehr leicht), es war für uns kein Problem. Die Straßen sind sehr eng und mit einem Bus nicht wirklich erreichbar, fahren sollte man können!:) Und es hat dort freilaufende Hunde, was uns das Gassigehen oft sehr erschwerte (großer weißer Hund 50Meter entfernt). Leider sind hinterm Haus im Moment Sanierungs/Bauarbeiten, lärmempfindliche könnten das nicht so super finden. Für uns war es ok. Danke für den Aufenthalt, bei traumhaften Wetter und vielleicht kommen wir irgendwann wieder. :)

Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren 3 kleinen Hunden bei Iza und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind bequem und die große Dachterrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Weg zum Strand ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß durch einen wundervollen Wald zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig.

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

Tom & Manuela have a beautiful place, with great view of the mountains over Baška and even the sea side. The apartment we had was nice and cozy, had everything we needed, they even offered us bicycles to get into town!! It is calm and quiet around, I would recommend anyone to come stay here!

Appartamento arredato stupendamente, moderno con tutto l’occorrente anche per una lunga vacanza. Anche se io non ho trovato il phon. Macchina del caffè, zucchero e succo di frutta! Tutto quello che mi serviva per una notte. Peccato non esserci stata più tempo!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane di divertimento, pace e serenità. La casa in pietra è splendida, immersa in un giardino immenso tenuto con gran cura e attrezzato per i giochi di grandi e piccoli. L'alloggio dista circa mezzora da un mare incantevole e permette allo stesso tempo di raggiungere facilmente le principali località dell'Istria. La signora Gracjela è una persona di rara gentilezza e ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

We loved our stay in Palmina’s beautiful apartment, perfect for our family reunion with our son and daughter-in-law. We felt at home immediately in the spotless apartment, relaxed on the deck, enjoyed watching boats and soaring birds while reveling in the eye-popping ocean view. The apartment had everything we needed. Thanks to Palmina’s fantastic insider tips we had a lovely dinner at a tavern in Opatija and enjoyed a beautiful day at a local beach in Rijeka, the birthplace of Baby Lasagne of Eurovision fame! Next time we will stay longer! Thanks for everything!!

We had great four nights at David's place! Everything was as described & clean, it was hot outside and AC made it super comfortable. We cooked dinner every night & had it in patio outside. Girls loved the Jacuzzi! Just one quibble, the double bed room had no windows, just a little vent window ;-) Would definitely recommend!

Sinisa is een fantastische host. Hij reageert snel en geeft heel veel leuke tips! De ruimte zelf is ook echt ongelofelijk mooi, we hebben heel wat uurtjes op het balkon van het uitzicht genoten!! Echt een aanrader!!

Wir haben unsere fünf Nächte in einer der Holzhütten verbracht und konnten dort zusammen mit unserer Hündin die Zweisamkeit, Natur und Ruhe genießen. Die Outdoor-Küche hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben, um uns über den Zeitraum zu versorgen. Miki stand uns zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung und war sehr hilfsbereit (Feuerholz holen, Rundgangempfehlungen, etc.) Ihre gastfreundliche Art zeigten Miki und seine Partnerin vor allem auch dadurch, dass sie heimischen Apfelsaft aus dem Nachbarort für uns mitgebracht haben. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt um abzuschalten und sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Bilo nam je jako lijepo, svi su bili pristojni, sve je bilo čisto. U kućici nas je dočekala vatrica koja nas je grijala kroz noć. Atmosfera je bila opuštajuća, ugodna. Preporučile bismo ovaj objekt drugima i definitivno ćemo se opet vratiti.

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati ospiti di Miki per sole 2 notti ma con grande rimpianto perché il posto valeva una sosta più lunga. Se avete voglia di un vero tuffo nella natura e nella tranquillità di un posto remoto ma senza rinunciare alle comodità degli alloggi e dei servizi (tutto molto nuovo e ben funzionale) allora è il posto che fa per voi! Ringraziamo il nostro host Miki e sua figlia per la cura dei dettagli, l’ospitalità deliziosa che ci hanno offerto, torneremo sicuramente!

Mooi huis, geweldig uitzicht, heerlijke houtkachel. Rumoerige buren: bronstige herten 😜. De natuur is hier heel dichtbij. Wat een heerlijke plek om los te komen van de beschaving. Overigens prima internet bereik (KPN). Mooie wandelingen kunnen maken vanuit het huis. Onze elektrische auto hebben we gratis kunnen opladen in Skrad! (Elen netwerk) De Ioniq 5 ging soepeltjes over de bos- en grindpaden naar het huis. Zeker een aanrader als je rust zoekt!
