The first floor of this building is a facility where you can experience "Hankyu", a very rare archery experience that only a few facilities in Japan offer. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
