Great experience in this place, the listing on airbnb does not do justice to the beauty of the place and the accommodation. The host is very kind and super helpful, upon our arrival he offered us an aperitif with food he made and provided us with many indications on the activities that can be carried out in the surroundings of the property. The place is surrounded by the green Tuscan hills, and is perfect for resting and enjoying some peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our time in Lucca and are very grateful to our host Vanessa who was so kind and helpful. She kept in contact in the lead up to our arrival and was willing to be available to answer any questions during our stay , responding quickly on the occasion we needed to ask a question. She was available to show us around this beautiful accommodation which is a huge benefit . She provided a list of local recommendations which we used and were always happy and impressed by her suggestions. The accommodation is in a perfect location within the walls of the old town but only 15 mins walk from the station.On one of the many old and beautiful cobbled streets. The accommodation itself was spotless and comfortable with a beautiful terrace and fully equipped. We will definitely return and would recommend to our family and friends.

Jacopo's place was beautiful with lots of gorgeous things on display on the shelves. The kitchen was well equipped, (I even had a tea pot for my loose leaf tea) the bed was large and comfy and although the shower room was small, it was fine for us. Very stylish apartment that was very quiet for its location right on Piazza San Romana opposite the old deconsecrated church which now holds performances. Jacopo left us the card for recycling and some water and coffee when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again, as it's the perfect place for summer, but perhaps less in winter as it suffers from damp. Lucca itself is also gorgeous and the flowers were blooming everywhere, so it smelled amazing!

Unforgettable stay at the "Il Giardino" farm – authentic hospitality and total relaxation We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's "Il Giardino" farm, a corner of paradise surrounded by the green hills of Lucca. The property is well cared for in every detail, welcoming, very clean and perfectly integrated with the surrounding nature. You can breathe an atmosphere of peace and authenticity that is increasingly rare to find. Maurizio is an exceptional host: warm, helpful, attentive and always ready to offer valuable advice on the area, restaurants and the less touristy beauties of Lucca and its surroundings. His passion for the farm and hospitality shines through in every gesture, making us feel more like friends than guests. We recommend this experience to those looking for an authentic place to regenerate, away from the chaos but within walking distance of the wonders of Tuscany. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was absolutely adorable, spacious, and quiet. The neighborhood seemed safe and it was easily walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. Finally, I just really appreciate the fact that Roberta did not make me clean the apartment before the cleaning crew arrived. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

Francesco picked us up from the train station and drove us to our apartment. He walked us through everything in the apartment. He even came back later to assist us to get in when I couldn't work the key. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. The apartment was large, well equipped with good cooking facilities and washing machine. The apartment was a 2 minute walk from the historic city wall and bars and restaurants, great location.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in this lovely apartment in Lucca. The location was perfect, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Frederico’s place was amazing. It is very spacious and well laid out. A full laundry and kitchen were a real treat for travellers. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again . Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings very much. Kate was very helpful and communicative. She very kindly left us some food (and Prosecco!) as our flight was delayed which meant we missed the supermarket visit prior to checking in. She made recommendations for thermal baths when we showed interest in these and she delivered a little bottle of delicious limoncello as an extra treat during our 5-night stay! The view from the pool is amazing and swimming and lounging on the sun beds in that area were very relaxing. The drive to the accommodation is quite challenging up a narrow, steep mountain road with hairpin bends, which did give us the willies when driving there, especially in the dark! But all in all a wonderful stay - thank you!

This was a fabulous place, very cozy, lovely bath soaps, coffee, and very safe inside. The hosts were veryy responsive, checked in with me, and gave great recommendations. It is located very near the piazza and activities. I walked everywhere. The only thing I want to mention is that there is an ethnic grocery store outside next to the building and for some reason many men hang around there outside most of the day and into the evening. I am an independent female and chose to go into the store so, overall, it did not bother me and I did not feel unsafe. The men talked loud and played music outside so customers need to know to allow for that, but they were not bothersome. I played music softly from my phone or earbuds. I loved the mechanical shades that lower to allow for sleeping in. The air conditioner worked very well….thankful for it! The recommended restaurant just a few doors down with garden seating was divine. I would stay here again! I would stay here again.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment. Thank you!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
