Monthly Rentals in Matford

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. It has been a great place to stay whilst working in Exeter and would make a nice base for anyone needing a base for a holiday in the area. Lacey has been very kind and supportive making the stay pleasurable, rather than just a base for work.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We have a 5 year old and a 6 month old baby and Adrian and Lizzie had everything we should need and more for our two children including stair gates, baby monitor, high chair and travel cot. Their beautiful play house under the stairs was a lovely addition and my daughter spent hours playing there in the mornings & evenings. It is a great location with heavitree playground on the doorstep. Lots of lovely places to visit close by. We were amazed by the house on arrival. Lovely decoration and pristine clean. It had everything we should need. Comfortable beds. Private road. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend to all, especially families. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Shona created a beautiful, delightful place! she provided over and beyond expectations with milk, juice, bread, cereals and even chocolate! Gorgeous furniture, pictures and fittings (just beware of sharp bed edges for shins and knees). Everything was pristine, easy, beautiful and Shona was the perfect host. Thank you!

Tanya was fast at responding, very helpful and kind. I felt right at home and welcomed. Tanya was always happy to help when I had a question / needed assistance. The Airbnb was clean, as described. The area is lovely and peaceful and the roads are relatively quiet.
