De bungalow was prima. Maar wat een heerlijke plek; even lopen en je staat op het strand.

They treat me like a son , first time I take a long trip by myself , Amazing breakfast , delicious fruits and juice ! The staff it’s just amazing ! They make sure their clients are happy ! I will Come back again to this place ! I’m sorry for the other business , once you know coco nut surf inn you might not want to stay somewhere else . Surfing easy at only 20m from the house , 3 waves to choose !!PARAdise. Is the right word for what I had here .

The accommodation was great and clean and in the centre of the town, near the see. South was nice and helpful.

Sounds of nature has a beautiful secluded feel even though it is a minute walk to the main road and 15 minutes to the main beach area. Breakfast was delicious. Our host gave us good directions which let us find the place on our own without using a tuk tuk and then greeted us with a welcoming presence. He was so helpful about everything from looking around town for the best deals for a whale watching tour to arranging our onward transport and making sure we didnt overpay. The room was clean and cool and the lobby was welcoming. Highly recommended!

Chaminda and his family are truly beautiful. I came as a guest and left as family. They are kind, friendly, attentive and true in their genuine hospitality. The room they have is great and the surroundings are fabulous. 5 mins to beautiful beaches and 20 mins inland to an amazingly peaceful temple set within the jungle. I was lucky to have a group of semi local lads staying near me who work locally on a site and whom were so friendly and welcoming. If you want to experience Sri Lanka and the heart of the people who make this country so beautiful and then stay here, for it is a special place owned by a magical family 🙏

Terrific room close to the beach, and very friendly host who welcomes you with a delicious breakfast each morning. It can get a little too warm in the room on hot days/evenings, but they do have a ceiling fan which helps to offset this a little. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for value on a budget! :)

This awesome house is run by a very sweet family who are easy to communicate with and always do their best to help. The location is in a very green and quiet area away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful Buddhist temple and green rice fields nearby with lots peacocks (and all kinds of birds) around. I stayed at this house for two months and it has been a delight.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wurden gut empfangen, hatten uns sehr schnell wie zuhause gefühlt, haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen mit tollem Blick aufs Meer, sehr gute Lage, Frühstück war auch immer lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl, sie haben auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant, alle Mitarbeiter stehen bei Fragen stets zur Seite und waren sehr freundlich, bei der Abreise wurde rasch an einer Lösung gearbeitet, wir durfen noch länger am Strand liegen bleiben, bis unser Flug ging und auch das Taxi wurde auch organisiert. Leider war kein Zimmer mehr frei, ansonsten hätten sie uns auch noch ein Zimmer zum duschen gegeben.

My husband and I stayed at Robinhill for 5 days, and it was absolutely incredible! The location is great — one block away from the beach and 10 minutes or less walking to restaurants. Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The pictures do not do this place justice — Robinhill is a dreamy open-air space with a symphony of exotic birds and the aromatic delight of lightly scented plumeria blooms. The outdoor space is luxurious with privacy, comfortable lounge chairs, and a heated pool. Nuwan is a wonderfully hospitable and knowledgeable host and was happy to answer any questions we had about the area and things to do. He also gave us great food recommendations! Thank you for such an amazing stay!!

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad bij Sandaru. Midden in het regenwoud omgeven door de geluiden uit de natuur. Sandaru en alle medewerkers zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en respectvol. We voelde ons erg welkom. Het zwembad zorgt voor een heerlijke verkoeling na een wandeltocht door het regenwoud. Verwacht geen luxe in het regenwoud. Het is een pure beleving met alle basis behoeften. Er is een bed met klamboe, douche (lauw water), toilet, kastje en een stopcontact. In de avond zit je gezellig in het restaurant gedeelte. Vanuit hier spot je apen, grote eekhoorns en verschillende prachtige vogels. Het eten is het beste wat we tot nu toe hebben gehad in Sri Lanka, hele grote porties en ontzettend betaalbaar. Houdt er rekening mee dat er bloedzuigers, spinnen en kakkerlakken aanwezig kunnen zijn in/rondom het huisje.

Номера очень милые и уютные , нам дали выбрать из тех ,что были свободны , мы выбрали тот , что выходит на железную дорогу , потому что поезд проезжает пару раз за сутки, а машины шумят нон-стоп )) Очень удобно расположен , сразу через дорогу мариотт и велигама бэй.

Shamila was a fantastic host with a lovely property. She greeted us with fresh juice and made us feel right at home. Every morning she made us a wonderful breakfast with coffee and home made juice. The property was lovely and clean!

A destacar que no está cerca de la zona céntrica de mirissa pero es una zona tranquila y se agradece. Está a 10 minutos andando de secret beach lo cual lo hace muy especial y ver los atardeceres desde ahí es una pasada. Están pendientes de que no te falten comodidades yo comi y cené allí todo el día. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y hace un poco de calor pero no importa porque las vistas son muy bonitas. Gracias volveré

I had a great stay with my parents at Sumimal resort, the location is great and you can explore Matara as well as Mirissa from this place. It is at a walking distance from the protected turtles beach. The place is clean and it is as it is in the pictures. On arrival fresh coconut water is awesome. I ate at the resort itself, home cooked traditional meal, it was delicious and I am already waiting to plan my stay again whenever I return to Sri Lanka next time. had an amazing experience staying at Bathiya's place! From the moment I arrived, He made me feel incredibly welcome. The space was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my trip was definitely the food! The dumplings and pancakes served at the property were absolutely delicious—highly recommend trying them. The flavors were incredible, and you can tell they were made with a lot of care. It was such a nice bonus to enjoy home-cooked meals during my stay. Bathiya went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time, offering local tips and being responsive to any questions I had. The location was perfect, with easy access to Beach and restaurants around making it the ideal spot for exploring the area. I truly appreciated Bathiya's hospitality and attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area..
