Wow! What a wonderful time we had at Casa Maria. The most gorgeous oasis in a busy town with delicious breakfasts and kind, friendly staff and full of so much character which big hotels always lack. This was the perfect end to our incredible holiday!

This is a fantastic AirBnB house with a beautiful view of ocean, and with gardens, pool, and covered terrace. You are walking distance to two beaches and some good restaurants. The people that take care of the house, Nuska and Kumara, are really wonderful. They are very attentive, bring you fresh juices throughout day, and cook delicious meals. The breakfast is included but lunch and dinner can be served at cost (which is way cheaper than restaurants and at least as delicious). We spent a week here and that wasn’t enough…it really is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We had a great time in Casa Maria. The casa is beautiful and very well kept, looks just like the casa in Encanto. We had amazing breakfasts by the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful- they even prepared some gifts for our kids. The location is great. We would love to stay there again.

The hotel is located on a rather quiet beach where you can both swim and surf. The staff was very friendly, the room clean, the bed very cozy and the view from the balcony really nice. At breakfast, we would have liked a little more variety.

We loved our stay. The house is a real island of greenery , very well located in a quiet area , the pool is beautiful and the staff , just like Maria , takes care of everything!! We really hope to return someday!! Thank you for this great stay! 🙏

It was stunning stay in this great apartment! If you need to have a rest in great place with see view do not hesitate to book it immediately. Amazing view from apartment on sea with sunset. Personal 100% kind and helpful. Recommended!!!!

We stayed in Shanil's place for 6 nights. We were greeted by Suranga and his team immediately after arriving we received a cool coconut drink and felt right at home. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Suranga and his team did an excellent job. Especially the food was fantastic, the chef did an excellent job. One of the best Srilanken food we had in our vacation in Sri Lanka. We had breakfast and dinner as well. The even provided our kids with western breakfast. We felt welcome from start to end and didn't want to leave. Hopefully we are back. The house with the 2 double room and the separate house with the family room is well set up and gives each guest his own privacy. The location is great with the beach and the ocean right in front of the house. With a 15min. Tuktuk ride you are both in Mirissa and Weligama. Thank you very much for having us.

Position is amazing, beautiful clear calm water to swim in & near a strip of beachside restaurants. Breakfast was delicious & generous. Massage was so good & very reasonable price. Yoga is available & staff are super helpful & friendly, especially Sachi who may be the happiest person I have ever met :)

Thank you for the wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and you could tell they worked as one team. This place became a true source of warmth and friendship for me. Every evening, they asked me what I wanted for breakfast the next day. When I got sick, they brought me plenty of tea with lemon without asking for anything in return. They organized a whale watching tour at a price lower than other excursion providers. I felt completely comfortable and safe.

Beautiful stay in an amazing location. Family room was comfortable with seaview balcony and larger than appeared in photos. highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a few steps off the main beach which provides for privacy but also easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants. The room had everything we needed and the AC worked great. Staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Awesome location and would recommend!

Great place to stay right on the sea. The staff are very nice and help with questions and requests. The breakfast was delicious and could be enjoyed with ocean views. The rooms are as described. You can reach a lot (beach, surf schools, restaurants, ATMs …) on foot.

Very good accommodation, with European standards. We were on the ground floor, it was very nice because we overlooked the garden (and the sea) and the sunbeds available. the room is great, very clean, the beds very comfortable. there is no noise at night (except for the waves...) so we sleep very well:) the accommodation is well located slightly outside Mirissa. it takes less than €2 for a tuk tuk for Mirissa, where the restaurants are located. We also moved a lot by bus because they spend every 5 minutes on the main road 100m from the accommodation, and directly deserved all the beaches/town of the coast (derisoire price). it is also possible to rent a scooter via the hotel. breakfast is delicious! (granola bowl, pancake, fruit...) but expensive ($10 per person) we bathed at the beach right next to the hotel (5 min walk) and we swam alone with a big turtle one morning. it's magical!

Amazing place to stay in Mirrissa, close to everything you'd want to do, the place was really clean and spacious, the host helped us in getting back to the airport, even cooking us dinner one night. We will hopefully be coming back next time we are in Mirrissa.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and two kids for about a week. A very basic bungalow with decent beds, basic breakfast and friendly staff. Not much more than that but to be fair: this is a very cheap accommodation in general, let alone for a family of four. In its price range, it’s easily five stars.

Everything is as described:) 5 min to the beach, lots of great restaurants around, good WiFi, AC, Fan, cleaning once a week, the host can help you with your requests even with a transfer from the airport, might as well comeback next time

Absolutely delighted with my stay!

Lovely space - super close to the beach and not far from Hiriketiya beach. The hosts were very friendly too!

Colive was the perfect remedy for my lockdown blues! Everything from the experimental architecture to the friendly faces of the neighbours was a refreshing change. The garden was a little pocket of paradise (I can stare at the shadow play for hours!!) while the rooms are beautifully detailed with framed views of the surroundings. The coworking areas too were well planned and a picturesque beach awaits you just a stone throw away. Definitely coming back for a much longer stay next!

Lovely house, very social, and perfectly located on the beach. Spent a week there and had a really lovely time, good mix between mixing up with the people in the house and doing my own thing. It’s very homely and Jack’s a great host who knows everything about the area. Would highly recommend!
