The Little Hideout

A convenient location, in a quiet village, ideal for those exploring the Ariege or those just passing through - 3 minutes from the N20 and 2 minutes from the D117. Private entrance, private courtyard and own keys. Two minutes from foot of the Pain de Sucre (627m) with its splendid views and two minutes from an 8 hectare park which borders the River Scios. Electrical consumption is charged at cost - currently 0,25€ TTC per kWh.

Outside you will enjoy your two small terraces and landscaped areas, where it is good to live and relax.

Charming bright and spacious house 1 hour from Toulouse, in the very small village of Lasserre. At the foot of the Ariège Pyrenees and its hikes, it is ideal for a quiet stay in the countryside. Dating from 1910, completely renovated with 5 bedrooms and private bathroom, it can accommodate up to 12 people on its 200 m2 and its garden of more than 1000 m2. Breakfast and homemade meals available upon request.

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
