Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Massachusetts

Marina and her husband just renovated this unit and did a fantastic job. Higher-end appliances and design choices were made throughout. The decor is tasteful, the kitchen is large for a 2-bedroom unit, and the in-unit washer dryer worked great, as did the A/C and TVs in every room. Wi-fi was solid. Marina was very quick to answer questions and we had no problems while there. This place is a great home away from home in Somerville/Cambridge/Boston. We had four adults there and it was very comfortable for all. Highly recommended!

You feel right at home, everything you need and more. Beautifully decorated and well stocked.

This is such an amazing place. We arrived very late but the instructions to get in were great and there was stuff in the fridge to keep us going until the morning. Maude had left detailed instructions and tips to work the lights etc. We felt really comfortable and probably the most relaxed on our US trip. It is also a very walkable and safe area. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Bernard’s place was exactly as described! The place was spotless, comfortable and full of thoughtful amenities. The surroundings were beautiful. The location was just close enough to nearby towns and excellent hiking. Recommended.

Location was great, peaceful and private. The unit was very clean and free of clutter, and host was responsive to our needs. Bed was comfortable too. We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our time in this beautiful apartment which is spacious and well kitted out. Having access to the pool table and shared entertainment area was great - we also used the pool! Was straightforward to check in / out with an organised and super responsive host. Overall a lovely space in a very central location with parking which met our needs perfectly.

The place is well equipped and comfortable. In a region with nearby shopping and dining options.

We enjoyed staying at Karen’s! It was a super clean space which we really, really appreciated. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Super easy to check-in and check-out. Karen is also super responsive and proactive which was great! Only bump in the road was that we unfortunately had to deal with a water leak issue which was stressful but Karen did what she could to be as helpful as possible. It was fixed shortly after reporting. We appreciated that Karen coordinated maintenance so quickly in a way that was accommodating to our schedule. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely recommend!

The house and location were wonderful! The house is really well maintained and has great amenities (grill, utensils for cooking, lots of linens/towels). We made use of the corner store and local beaches just a few minutes from the house. Host was extremely friendly and responsive during the stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others for a beach getaway!

Perfect set up for our crew; were in Boston from CA to celebrate a graduate. Home was centrally located to all of our festivities and worked out great.

Beautiful, spacious home that really FELT like home - although I'm from the complete opposite coast of the US, this is just how I imagined the unique, historic and subtly nautically themed houses around coastal MA. Absolutely loved the "old house" feel but it was also updated with a very modern kitchen, so kind of the best of both worlds. :) Wish we'd had more time to spend outdoors on the patio but highly recommend a trip down to the waterfront - there are some great restaurants down there with just jaw-dropping views. Just a short drive to Salem as well - check out the Salem Pioneer Village! Everything was very clean, welcoming and comfy - definitely slept well in the main bedroom! Bummer that I can't play the piano but this would be a dream spot for you if you can. :) Rachel was super responsive and helpful, even with my last-minute booking request (we got a bit delayed on our trip so it was an unexpected stop). We had a great time and would love to come back sometime soon!

We traveled with 4 couples who have know each other since HS, 40 years ago. It was a great home to relax and catch up. The house is lovely and we loved that we each had our full bath! I highly recommend this home and this location.

We had a very nice time and enjoyed the quiet fenced in backyard. The beaches are close to the house driving distance. The house suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

One of the best and here's why: - Quiet neighborhood, not a lot of car traffic. Walkable to Star Market and coffee shops, restaurants. Also about a mile's walk to the Charles river path which we love. We had a car, but nice to walk in the morning. Very close to our daughter in Waltham and easy to get into Boston from this house. - parking spot in back of the house. Easy lock codes in front and back of house. - place was SPOTLESS. Very well taken care of and clutter free - comfortable beds - love that it is 1.5 bathrooms, very helpful for 2 people - excellent communication with owners and they are very friendly. - this is a duplex so occasionally we heard people walking up stairs but it did not bother us at all. We would stay here again!

This was a perfect place for us to stay at, the place feels like home. My daughter had so much fun jumping in the backyard and playing around. We had a convening really closed by, and the host was super nice with letting us do our debrief meeting at the house. We super appreciated being able to charge our car over night as well. Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

Super clean, very responsive host, close to everything with very minimal noise, super cool older building. Only very minor issue is it is a third floor unit which I didn’t see mentioned in description with narrow stairway but otherwise 5/5 stars.

In town for a wedding at Mass MoCa with my girlfriend. This apartment was extremely quiet, convenient, clean, cute and convenient. Highly recommend!

Love, love, love this home. We were in town for our son’s Harvard graduation. You enjoy sweeping top two floors of a classic old house (almost mansion) but freshly painted and classic. Great kitchen, separate dining room we used to set up post graduation reception that opened into lovely living room. Chill open back porch to hang out in the fresh air. Super friendly diverse neighborhood where we actually made friends, including Jason at a nearby high-end wine and liquor store and the crew at Brasica (deserves a Michelin star). But the rock star foundation of this AirBnb is the downstairs tenant, Ryan. Such a kind, friendly, funny, responsive person. He must be visiting Jamaica Plains from another planet astronomers call AWESOME. I am blessed with a gorgeous beach villa on a remote cove in Baja Sur, Mexico. I’d host Ryan and his partner for free he was such a great help. Yes, I will stay again.

We stayed at Renee’s place during a summer festival weekend hosted at the mountain and it was perfect for our needs! Comfy bed, good kitchen set up and a nice place for lounging in between festival events. Would definitely stay here again!

i loved this place so much, the photos do not do the place justice. I had a great time, the place was so relaxing and i felt right at home. Peabody is such a nice place and there are so many stores right near by, even walkable. The best part of the place is the outdoor patio which have seats and such a nice view. i love how much light the place got during the day and during the sunsets. the place was super clean and nicely decorated. Demetri was such a great host and was so helpful, friendly and responsive! Thank you for a great stay!
