The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Enrica, despite being a very busy teacher, was always immediately available and responsive to us. When the tea kettle sprung a leak a new one showed up a day or two later. When my husband fell seriously ill and was hospitalized she was there to support me. This airbnb host was more than just a host; she became a very special friend!

Even though we had early check-in, Mrs. Francesca immediately made herself available. As soon as we arrived, we were overwhelmed by your friendliness. As soon as I took the keys we entered and found welcome chocolates, remade bed and clean towels. The in-room blades and air conditioning contributed to a quiet sleep. We had a great time.

This is a great place to stay if you prefer staying in a town while exploring Elba. The historic town, supermarkets and local beaches are all within walking distance. The offroad private parking was a blessing. The apartment is large and comfortable for large family or group of friends.

First class location for exploring Bologna. Our hosts were very helpful. The accommodation was more spacious than we expected and we were even serenaded by the Opera School below us.

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location, very close to Ponte Vecchio. Super helpful and very nice host. Excellent value for money. Being 6 guests, after the third shower, despite the two bathrooms available we had difficulty getting hot water. But it's really the only non-positive note. Super recommended.

Very comfortable stay with easy access to all main venues in the city. Quit street. Food shop 2 minutes only . We can recommend it.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

We loved everything about this place! Maurizio provided helpful instructions before we arrived. His partner Oliver met us at check-in, helped us up the stairs, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place is as advertised with one of the best views in all of Cinque Terra. We stayed with our two boys (10 and 8) and found the space to be perfect for our needs. The interior is small (but you won't spend much time inside) and the stairs leading to the home are long (I'd only stay here if in relatively good shape) but the home is in great shape, clean, comfortable well furnished, and in a great location to enjoy Monterosso and Cinque Terra. Would book again!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was huge and beautiful. It was very quiet and exceptionally clean. I loved the little roof terrace. Fiorella was an amazing host and her communication was excellent. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from Piazza Majore - the main square in Bologna. I would definitely stay here again. Luisa is a friendly host. Gave a good house tour when we checked-in. Very responsive to my messages as well. Apartment is spacious and comfortable for 2 couples to stay. Clutter free and neat house. Towels were a little dirty/stained though, so would recommend to bring own towels. Nearby the apartment also has many nice restaurants (Western and Asian selection).

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

The place was gorgeous and located walking distance to the center of town. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding area. Very comfortable. Next time we find ourselves in Italy we will definitely stay at Federico’s place. I highly recommend his 4th floor penthouse to anyone visiting Siena.
