Perfekte Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung und ein toller Strand am sauberen Atlantik. In der Wohnung hatte es an nichts gefehlt. Feeling like Home. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise war das Ambiente in näheren Umgebung privat, keinerlei Anzeichen von Massentourismus. Ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Sollte uns eine weitere Reise nach Gran Canaria werden fragen wir sicherlich bei Juan an.

Yazminas place was a wonderful place to stay. A lovely sunny terrace with a fantastic view as well as access to the resorts communal heated pool and loungers. Table tennis table was also a bonus! There was everything we needed and we felt at home. Yazmina sent us lots of tips. We hiked near Veneguera and saw even more amazing views! The apartment is very high, thankfully with several lifts to get up there, so it's still accessible for all ages! Altogether a wonderful place!

Imádtuk a Canary Vacation Villaban töltött időt! A lakás maga és a környék gyönyörű, a közelben minden megtalálható, amire szükségünk volt ahhoz, hogy a lehető legjobban érezzük magunkat. Boltok, kiváló éttermek (helyi ízek, olasz, kínai, görög konyha is), csodás tengerpart...minden pár perc sétára. A környék csendes és nyugodt, tökéletes helyszín a kikapcsolódáshoz. Wir waren als Familie mit 1-jährigem Kind in der Unterkunft. Wir hatten genug Platz (auch für ein Reisebett im Schlafzimmer). Das Bett fanden wir sehr bequem & hat uns sogar zu dritt gereicht. Da wir zum ersten Mal auf Gran Canaria waren, waren wir unsicher, wo wir am besten wohnen sollen. Nach Erkunden der Insel sind wir überzeugt, dass die Lage für uns perfekt war. Der Ort ist nicht völlig überlaufen (kein Massentourismus), man hat wunderschöne Strände in Fußnähe & durch die Hanglage einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Anlage selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber gut gepflegt & wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der obere (beheizte) Pool war sehr angenehm zum entspannen baden. Auch die Wasserrutsche ist spaßig ;) Die Cave Bar ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert: das Essen schmeckt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Der einzige Abzug in der Bewertung gibt es aufgrund der Sauberkeit. Hier hätte es für meinen Geschmack teils etwas sauberer sein können (z. B. Dusche).

I liked my stay in this apartment. Located directly on the promenade, and also conveniently close to restaurants and bars in the central locations. The apartment felt cosy, beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with all that I needed, nice rainshower in the bathroom. There are two balconies/terraces, each facing another direction, this I found quite special. Staff is very nice and attentive. Needless to say, the furniture and equipment are really old (though in good condition), overall it felt to me like staying at a grandmother - if this is OK for you, you will have a good stay here.

Vero is a very attentive host who gave detailed instructions on how to check in and where the closest shop and bar was when we arrived, and also on some grate places to visit, such as Mogan. The apartment was just as described, overlooking the sea, with the beach below, and of course the sound of the waves. It had all the amenities we needed, and we had breakfast on the terrace most mornings as it was south east facing and the morning sun. As some other reviewers have said, it was windy at times making it less comfortable to sit out there, but we loved soaking up the 22’c February sunshine. We had amazing views of the kite boarders and wing foilers zooming back and forth. When the wind dropped on the last couple of days it was lovely on the balcony and snorkelling next to the rocks on the beach. It is lovely and quiet and there’s not a lot open locally in Feb, so we walked the mile to Plays Bahia Feliz and its restaurants most nights. It was a real winter tonic. Loved it!

Fernando ist engagiert und hilfreich für uns aktiv gewesen. Appartement ist geräumig, Küche hat alles was nötig ist. Wer mit Flugzeug kommt, braucht sich nicht zu beschweren. Super Lage, schöner Strand mit Aufsicht, Einkaufen fußläufig, einheimische Restaurants, Parkplätze flexibel, Busanbindung ebenfalls möglich. Wir haben uns mit 5 Erwachsene sicher und wohlgefühlt! Danke für diese Möglichkeit und Hilfe bei der Kaffeemaschine.

Holiday apartment with direct sea promenade access

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen und auch leicht abseits von dem ganzen Trubel. Wir sind öfter einfach runter zur Promenade und sind dann zu Fuß nach Maspalomas (ca. 30min). Es gibt fußläufig mehrere Supermärkte (1min) und eine Bushaltestelle (5min). Auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus war super 👍. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden und die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin Marianka war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, sie hat auch immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Wie in einer vorherigen Bewertung beschrieben, könnte das Mobiliar teilweise etwas höherwertiger sein, aber dies soll meine Gesamtbewertung nicht negativ beeinflussen :-).

Great home for a lovely short winter holiday in the sun. The walks toward Bahia Féliz is really nice, the poolside terrace was lovely to enjoy the sun. There are a couple of smaller super markets in walking distance, so we could just spend a day just relaxing. Lovely and peaceful neighbourhood and we felt safe at all times. Inma’s home is lovely and super well equipped. She even had prepared some welcome snacks, fruit and wine. Also kitchen and bathroom was really well equipped with all amenities. Lovely stay and I would recommend to others.
