Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mashpee

Our family had a wonderful stay in Falmouth! The home is beautiful with plenty of natural light and a nice breeze coming in through the many windows. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any Airbnb homes we have stayed. The beds are very comfortable, and we felt right at home in the large bedrooms. The entire home is immaculate! The kids enjoyed playing in the yard surrounded by trees and lots of birds. There are tons of parks/hiking trails and restaurants nearby - great central location on Cape Cod. We really enjoyed visits to Skaket beach with tide pools that the kids could explore in the late afternoon during low tide. The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster was really neat, with a short boardwalk trail back to Wing’s Island. Jessica is a great host and communicated well. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Brian’s place two years in a row, and it is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. We love the amenities! Also, it is always incredibly clean and has super comfortable beds. Brian is incredibly responsive and accommodating, overall, an amazing host! We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

This place worked out wonderfully for the 6 adults and 3 grandchildren we had with us, my 4 year old granddaughter even got her own room and loved it, along with the pool!! It was very clean and family friendly and stocked with more than we expected. There is also food and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed it immensely!! Comfortable yet spacious home nestled in the woods of New Seabury. Great location to visit beaches and restaurants. Just minutes from Mashpee Commons and Falmouth for shopping and dining. Beautiful place, Thanks Alex!

We had a great stay at the house (which we booked at short notice on our road trip around New England - so thank goodness it was available!). Maria was really helpful and made contact straight away - instructions and access codes were simple and straightforward. There was also a helpful folder at the property with lots of local information and instructions on how things worked in the house etc. We loved the house, the space and facilities were absolutely great and it was a perfect base for exploring the Cape Cod area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable family/group base in Cape Cod.

Highlight for me was watching the sunset with bats feeding on cicadas and mosquitoes lounging on the backyard sofa. We lost my son to the basement apartment during the stay. He was so happy to have his own space. We enjoyed the long drive up to P-town and back. Stopped off at Cape Tip Seafood Market and adjacent farm stand. The ladies were incredibly helpful and kebabs were amazing! David quickly DoorDashed a propane tank after realizing the previous guest drained it. The frozen pizzas and snack buckets made for perfect midnight munchies.

My siblings and I had a fantastic stay at this property during our trip to Cape Cod. The space was incredibly relaxing and surprisingly spacious—perfect for spending quality time together and unwinding after days of exploring. The home was spotless and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. What really stood out were the hosts—Ananta was kind, responsive, and truly attentive, making sure we felt welcome and had a smooth stay. We’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Songbird Studio was the perfect b&b for me and my partner during our 3 days on the Cape. Private and peaceful, yet centrally located made getting anywhere of interest within 45 minutes extremely easy. The space was both clean and comfortable while also being very affordable compared to other listings. Ann was also such a gracious and hospitable host. The coffee shop right across the street was an added bonus in the mornings! Overall could not recommend this location enough and would 1000% stay here again.

Great location that was walkable to everything in the downtown oak bluffs area. Brian was very responsive and helpful. Unit was very clean with everything you need. Plenty of space for two people. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing accommodation, exceeded our expectations on every level. All our needs meet for our stay. It is a beautiful place with easy reach to many places in RI and the cape. Having visited many lovely places coming back to Jennifer's home was our oasis. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

Kevin's Place was smack dab where we wanted to be! We parked the car and never moved it again! We were in walking distance of everything.....from restaurants, performance venues and the Tea Dance at the BoatSlip! The place was squeaky clean, comfortable and relaxing.

This was an excellent apartment for an extended stay in Provincetown. Very close to the action. William was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Strong recommend. Note: We didn't use the upstairs loft at all. It's VERY tight, but would probably be a lot of fun for kids.

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

This is a very nice spot to enjoy Cape COD. It’s not super fussy. Perfect location. Julia was very helpful and gave us a bunch of ideas and detailed directions. I felt safe and comfortable. Beds are cozy. A/C works great. We had an awesome time!!!

We had a beautiful stay at Anil's, and would book it again. The thoughtful use of space made the interior feel expansive, and the views to the bay are inspiring from every area. The kitchen was well-appointed and we really appreciated all the storage in the bedroom loft allowing us to unpack our clothes neatly. This is a great location just after the end of all the shops and restaurants on Commercial St.-so it's quiet and mostly residential. Loved it, thanks Anil!

We loved staying at this spot! It was so close to everything (only 10 min walk from Commercial) but secluded enough that we felt like we were at our own private getaway! It was the perfect amount of space for a couple. It was also so well kept, and spotless! Highly recommend!

Matt’s place was the perfect spot for the first summer weekend. It’s a great unit for a solo traveler (or a couple) and is super close to everything you need; coffee shops, restaurants, tea dance, & shopping. The unit was just as described and super comfortable the moment you walk in. I would definitely recommend it to people and hope to stay there again!
