Located in Rock Landing, New Seabury -- a 5 minute walk to the Popponesset Marketplace and steps from the neighborhood's private beach. It's a 10 minute drive to Mashpee Commons and grocery stores. It's the perfect location. The house underwent a big renovation winter 2023 and these photos were taken when it was almost complete. It's a beautiful spot! This spring we added on a front bluestone patio and front steps, as well as new landscaping and fencing.
