Es un lugar lindo, cómodo, limpio y acogedor. Con muy buena iluminación y ventilación. La zona me pareció muy tranquila, agradable y segura. Los anfitriones muy respetuosos y nada invasivos. Sharon en especial estuvo siempre disponible para resolver todas mis dudas, me apoyó con sugerencias siempre que lo necesité y me ayudó para facilitar mi estancia hasta donde le fué posible. Espero regresar muy pronto y sin duda alguna volvería a reservar con ella. Es una mujer muy cálida y amable. 100% recomendable!!!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable for our group of 3, and close to great restaurants. Alexandra was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio, con todos los servicios tal como se describen en el anuncio. La cama era cómoda, el vecindario tranquilo y seguro, y la decoración tenía un toque acogedor que hizo que me sintiera como en casa. Se puede mover por la ciudad. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría y volvería sin dudarlo!

Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. Will definitely be back, wonderful place, peaceful and safe… it is one of my top stays .. thanks Oscar

We were in Managua for some appointments and this apartment was perfect- clean, quiet and safe. Grethell was responsive and helpful when we kept asking to extend our stay several days in row.

This is not just a place to stay. It is a work of art! I have been to many places, but I am lucky to have found such a wonderful place. I look forward to coming back to this place again, where everything is perfect.

¡Muy buena estadía para nuestro grupo de 5 amigos! La casa estaba impecable y las 3 habitaciones muy cómodas. Tenía todo lo necesario y el patio interior fue un plus para charlar y relajarnos con música (la TV tenía internet). Gretchell es una anfitriona excelente. Muy buena comunicación, súper amable y el check-in fue fácil porque nos esperaba. Tuvimos un tema con la piscina (estaba cerrada), pero lo solucionó de inmediato consiguiéndonos pases para otra. ¡Muy eficiente! Además, nos consiguió taxi al aeropuerto en Managua ($60). Hay varios minimarkets cerca, lo cual es práctico. Totalmente recomendado. Lugar cómodo y Gretchell muy atenta. Solo ojo si van con niños pequeños: hay una terraza en el segundo piso sin protección. ¡Por lo demás, perfecto! Volveríamos.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, la casa siempre está limpia y ordenada. queda a 30 minutos de Managua y dentro de la colonia hay varios lugares para comer.

Pas de problème juste qu’on croyais qu’il y avait 3 chambres mais c’était 2 aussi y’a fallu confirmer notre consommation d’électricité mais bon autrement c’était bien 🙏

This property was easily one of the best and coolest places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. We rented the entire property for a group of 11 guys. Christopher was able to accomodate finding a few extra single beds for us which was extremely nice so we didn't have to share. The property itself is stunning, massive, and makes you feel like a king. Everything was clean including the pool. The cleaners/cooks came by each morning for the breakfast, cleaned up rooms, and then left us to our privacy. It was a perfect mix of Airbnb privacy with some hotel services. It was about a 10 minute walk into the center of town and there were also some other restaurants even closer. They also have a stocked fridge with drinks that you pay on the honor system which was a nice addition. Overall, we could not have been happier with everything and we would all highly recommend this property to any group. There is no doubt I would book it again myself if we were to return.

This place is very comfortable. From bed , linen , kitchen utensils, pots and pans , everything is to make you feel right at home . The small condiments , a bottle of cold water , coffee /tea, the surroundings make you feel welcomed . Travellers like us who have been out of our own home for last 2.5 month , such places are boon . The host has put up a small note too . We could do laundry , cook our own food and also could explore 3 more towns other than Managua . All could be done coz we were comfortable. Only thing which was missing an AC in the living room . The weather was very hot and humid . We would highly recommend this place to future guests . Un alojamiento bonito y cómodo a unos 20 min en auto de los principales atractivos de Managua y fácil de salir a las atracciones más alejadas, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y muy seguro (al menos así lo sentimos), lo único es el estrés de pensar en el consumo diario de la electricidad que en lo personal me hizo sentir un poco abrumado, sin embargo al final salimos bien utilizando solo por las noches el aire acondicionado de 1 habitación únicamente, no me imagino usando los 4 AC que existen en alojamiento.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and situated in a central location which was great. The main living area was spacious with plenty of areas to sit and relax. Our favorite were the handmade rocking chairs. The kids loved the outdoor pool. All four bedrooms were also spacious, comfortable, and in immaculate condition. Onice provided excellent service. The staff members, Enrique and Raul were great. Excellent communication with Rocio. Granada is a gorgeous colonial city. I would highly recommend this AirBNB!

Fantastic location, beautiful unit, and an amazing host! We can’t wait to return and stay here again in the near future.

La ubicación es conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

This place is awesome! Stayed there twice and always had a great experience and just walk down the street and have all kinds of kinds of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.

Amazing Stay I booked this Airbnb for my mom and grandmother, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. They were incredibly sweet to my grandmother and even helped her get upstairs, which meant so much to us.

No es calle pavimentada donde queda ubicada la casa, necesitas un vehículo con buenas llantas y tracción, enfrente hay un campo de fútbol, no hay mucho que pedir según calidad precio, resuelve al menos! La atención y comunicación fue siempre constante y sin retrasos, punto a favor.
