Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Masaya

It's a nice, comfortable, clean, and cozy place. Very well lit and ventilated. I found the area very quiet, pleasant and safe. The hosts are very respectful and not invasive. Sharon in particular was always available to solve all my questions, he supported me with suggestions whenever I needed it and helped me to facilitate my stay as far as possible. I hope to be back very soon and would definitely book with her again. She is a very warm and kind woman. 100% recommended!!!

We were in Managua for some appointments and this apartment was perfect- clean, quiet and safe. Grethell was responsive and helpful when we kept asking to extend our stay several days in row.

Very good stay for our group of 5 friends! The house was spotless and the 3 rooms very comfortable. It had everything needed and the interior patio was a plus for chatting and relaxing with music (the TV had internet). Gretchell is a great hostess. Very good communication, super friendly and check-in was easy because I was expecting us. We had a theme with the pool (it was closed), but he fixed it immediately by getting us passes for another one. Very efficient! Also, he got us taxi to the airport in Managua ($60). There are several minimarkets nearby, which is practical. Totally recommended. Comfortable place and Gretchell is very attentive. Only eye if they go with small children - there is a terrace on the second floor without protection. Otherwise, perfect! We would come back.

It was a very pleasant stay. She was very friendly and responded very quickly. I am very grateful for her attention. I recommend them 100%.

No problem just that we thought there were 3 bedrooms but it was 2 also we had to confirm our electricity consumption but otherwise it was good 🙏

This property was easily one of the best and coolest places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. We rented the entire property for a group of 11 guys. Christopher was able to accomodate finding a few extra single beds for us which was extremely nice so we didn't have to share. The property itself is stunning, massive, and makes you feel like a king. Everything was clean including the pool. The cleaners/cooks came by each morning for the breakfast, cleaned up rooms, and then left us to our privacy. It was a perfect mix of Airbnb privacy with some hotel services. It was about a 10 minute walk into the center of town and there were also some other restaurants even closer. They also have a stocked fridge with drinks that you pay on the honor system which was a nice addition. Overall, we could not have been happier with everything and we would all highly recommend this property to any group. There is no doubt I would book it again myself if we were to return.

This place is very comfortable. From bed , linen , kitchen utensils, pots and pans , everything is to make you feel right at home . The small condiments , a bottle of cold water , coffee /tea, the surroundings make you feel welcomed . Travellers like us who have been out of our own home for last 2.5 month , such places are boon . The host has put up a small note too . We could do laundry , cook our own food and also could explore 3 more towns other than Managua . All could be done coz we were comfortable. Only thing which was missing an AC in the living room . The weather was very hot and humid . We would highly recommend this place to future guests . A nice and comfortable accommodation about 20 minutes by car from the main attractions of Managua and easy to get to the most distant attractions, located in a quiet and very safe neighborhood (at least that's how we felt). The only thing is the stress of thinking about the daily consumption of electricity that personally made me feel a little overwhelmed. However, in the end we did well using only the air conditioning in 1 room at night. I can't imagine using the 4 ACs that are in the accommodation.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and situated in a central location which was great. The main living area was spacious with plenty of areas to sit and relax. Our favorite were the handmade rocking chairs. The kids loved the outdoor pool. All four bedrooms were also spacious, comfortable, and in immaculate condition. Onice provided excellent service. The staff members, Enrique and Raul were great. Excellent communication with Rocio. Granada is a gorgeous colonial city. I would highly recommend this AirBNB!

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.

Amazing Stay I booked this Airbnb for my mom and grandmother, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. They were incredibly sweet to my grandmother and even helped her get upstairs, which meant so much to us.

It is not a paved street where the house is located, you need a vehicle with good tires and traction, in front there is a soccer field, there is not much to ask for based on price quality, it resolves at least! Attention and communication was always constant and without delays, plus.
