Monthly Rentals in Martinšćica

Loved the apartment. However this one is not for light sleepers as there is a restaurant downstairs that is open until 11pm. As we traveled with a baby I was very nervous every night as the noise sometimes woke the baby. But if I were alone I would just use ear plugs and it would be fine :) Nevertheless the apartment is very nice with a beautiful terrace. It has everything we needed (even for cooking) and it was very very clean. The beach is just across the street (or an even better one maybe 100m down the road), market and restaurants are all within 2min walk. Noris was very kind and friendly, she also prepared the cot for the baby. All in all it was a lovely stay!

We had a very warm welcome. Tips for sightseeing and dining were so helpful. The apartment is as described, certainly, not very large but very functional and very quiet. The sea, shops are just around the corner. And there aren't too many people. Ideal place for those who don't appreciate the crowds. And the kitchen equipment is fine. We had a lovely stay.

Our stay at Sanja's place lasted a week. We were very satisfied. The apartment is as described. It is clean and cozy. It was fully furnished and we didn't miss anything. The view from the patio is amazing. Beaches are within walking distance. Sanja is very kind and friendly. She was helpful with everything. What an amazing stay we had! The apartment is so far one of the loveliest we saw. Located in the small village very close to several small beaches. As we prefere our privacy, the location was perfect. For the family of four the top choice. All shiny clean, kitchen very well equipped, there are even dried local herbs for the cooking available! You can watch sunset from the window from one room, how lovely! Landlords are very friendly people. Lady Sonja take care of the place and the garden with all her heart and you can feel it. The atmosphere of the place is peacefull and unique. There is a terrace and also backyard with the fireplace which is private for guests. We would like to come back one day for sure as we had one of the most wonderful time in Croatia. We recomend this place to all people of good heart, free spirit and open mind.
