Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a wooded and peaceful park. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility of walking around a large pond or we provide a boat for a relaxing moment on the water. 3 min drive to Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, supermarket...), 25 min to Les Sables d'Olonne and its beaches, 1 hour to Puy du Fou and access to the Chemin du GR at the doors of the studio

All amenities within walking distance (supermarket, bar/tobacco, bakery, restaurant, park, tree climbing park, Lake). House located in a pretty wooded subdivision, very quiet in the evening. BBQ, trampoline, slide and swing. Two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other with 1 single bed) and 1 sofa bed for 2 people.
