Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Martin-Église

This wonderful place is located in a very quiet part of the countryside near Ancourt, a few miles outside Dieppe. The place itself is perfect for a stay in the area and has been restored to a high level including a brilliant hot tub. We spent four days exploring various places either driving or using the train from Dieppe. We would highly recommend especially if you're looking for peace and quiet immersed in nature. Responsive hosts and everything as described.

A light and airy house with plenty of space. Convenient for both the town and the ferry terminal. Just what we wanted.

Valérie is an available, friendly, welcoming host. the house is in a very good location in a quiet area. Spacious rooms with bathroom, much appreciated. A terrace at the back of the house on the edge of the cliff that invites you to relax. Valerie is close to the house and was able to help us. A place that makes you want to come back. We really enjoyed staying here. My children loved the house and garden and there is lots to do in Eu and neighbouring towns. Although we didn’t meet Pauline she was very responsive on message.

Brigitte and her husband were so welcoming when we arrived. They showed us around our accommodation which is full of personal touches and very tastefully done. The gite is quirky, homely, relaxing and just downright lovely. They were happy for us to explore their stunning gardens too. There’s not much in walking distance from the accommodation but the roads are quiet so it’s a great base for longer walking or to explore Dieppe and the surroundings. Our only regret was that we had only booked to stay for a few days. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and would love to return soon.

A real favorite! The house is spacious, with a nice ceiling height and neat decoration that creates a warm and soothing atmosphere. Located on the edge of the forest, the place is very quiet, perfect for unwinding. Special mention for the jacuzzi with forest views, a pure moment of relaxation, which can also be found in the bedroom for an even more unique experience. The bedding is excellent quality, we slept like babies. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great time at this property. We found it really quiet and the outdoor facilities were really nice too. With a great garden for our dog to relax. It felt really safe to leave our dog outside while we were inside as it’s all gated and fenced. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are comfortable and dark if you want to have a good night of sleep. The beach is just down the road. It might be a 10-15 mins walk. It’s a dog friendly beach our dog had such a great time there. If you have a kids and a pet is a really nice place to stay!

The house is beautifully situated on a hill with magnificent sea views. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The size was perfect for us as a family. We enjoyed our time there.

A small, very comfortable apartment, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, a few steps from the sea. You can watch the sunset over the water from the accommodation, and from the terrace, which we enjoyed. Very peaceful environment in a beautiful site, from which you can embark on beautiful walks: cliff side to the south (Bois de Cise, Mers-les-Bains and Tréport), Baie de Somme side to the north (Hâble d'Ault, Cayeux, Pointe du Hourdel). Maria and Hervé gave us a warm and very friendly welcome, a big thank you to them for their flexibility and good advice (especially the Ault Petit Truck and its delicious homemade burgers, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation). We will be back!

We booked 3 nights with Isabelle and it was as described in the listing. Absolutely recommended! Communication top. Isabelle had many tips for excursions and attractions. I'd love to come back.

A wonderful welcome from Antoine, lots of helpful information and very responsive to questions. The apartment is in a quiet residential area which is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town with all its amenities. The private, secure parking space is a definite bonus in St Valery. A comfortable place to stay.

Everything about Richard’s place was just perfect. The location could not have been better and I think we were able to cover almost every square inch of the beautiful town of Rouen on foot stepping right outside the door. The apartment itself was very comfortable, super clean and well equipped. Relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evening with a beautiful view was the perfect end to our 2 weeks of travel. Richard was so helpful with orienting us to the area and with great directions getting to and getting into the apartment. He was very responsive right from the moment we booked. Can’t say enough good things about our stay…. Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home with us Richard!

The apartment is faithful to the description, the photos, even better in real life with this beautiful sea view... it is tastefully decorated we found a very clean apartment where you really feel expected! nothing was missing! with little extra touches: cupcakes, tea, coffee capsules... the bedding was quality, nice sheets were waiting for us, nice towels... Perhaps it should be clarified that there is a staircase of about twenty steps before accessing the accommodation located on the 1st floor, for people with mobility difficulties... The only tiny downside... Thank you very much to Hélène from the concierge for her warm welcome, and to Nathalie for this exceptional property! Quiet, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, we discover Christophe's cottage and immediately we are under the spell. Very beautiful vegetation and beautifully flowered, a real pleasure for the eyes. Ideal place to relax and discover the region. Thanks to Christophe who is a friendly host and who recommended some nice walks. To be repeated with the sun... We recommend this little cocoon.

It is a nice house, equipped with all necessities and a spacious balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, a supermarket is close by, and you are in the center of Rouen in no time. An ideal place for a vacation or to work remotely.

a very pleasant stay in Anne Françoise's accommodation. direct beach access is a real plus. Our children were able to have fun and enjoy themselves. I will recommend this accommodation to my friends and family and will be happy to come back with my little tribe.

Beautiful large french period home. Large apartment with all amenities provided. Very clean and comfortable. Enclosed private parking. A nice 30 minute walk into town. The bus is close by if you prefer. Anne Marie was waiting on arrival even though i was on the late arrival 10pm ferry. Lovely lady and not intrusive. Will stay again if i return.

There is everything you need in the accommodation, well arranged and with a parking space. 2 steps from the sea and easy access to the city center, it took 20 min on foot with 2 children. All right, I would recommend it.
