Het huis is geschikt voor 4 personen en 2-3 kinderen. De 400m2 eigen tuin met prachtig uitzicht heeft een groot overdekt terras voor een heerlijk Frans ontbijt of diner. Het ernaast gelegen unieke zwart beklede betonnen biozwembad bevat geen chloor maar werkt met speciale filters. Wel zo gezond voor uw huid.

In a completely private and quiet area, situated in beautiful gardens (8000 m2) the property features a walnut grove, private swimming pool, a veranda, a beautiful garden and all the comforts you need. It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility with bedroom, kitchen,bathroom on the ground floor. The charming village of Saint Sozy with its shops and restaurants is 5mins walking distance.

Pavot is one of 4 gites in a barn conversion situated on the upper level at Laugerie Basse Gites. It has a contemporary feel whilst retaining its rustic charm, offering comfort for a relaxing holiday. The gite looks out to beautiful gardens and is set amongst 4 acres of well tended grounds with a south facing shared heated swimming pool (May/June/September) and spacious sun bathing area. We offer sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs, ping pong, badminton and a BBQ area with 2 BBQ's

Cette ancienne grange rénovée en charmante maison en pierre du pays est très confortable avec ces 2 grandes chambres et leur salle de bain chacune en mezzanine. dans le salon le divan se transforme en lit pour une ou 2 personnes. Elle est située dans un petit hameau non loin du château de Hautefort, vous pourrez vous y détendre en famille ou entre amis. Le jardin est très agréable avec sa piscine de 10m sur 5, sa piste de pétanque et sa table de ping pong.

Réservation du 15.06 au 14.09 uniquement en semaine complète du samedi au samedi.
