Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. The villa is located in cozy Mårslet, where you can find supermarkets and pizzerias. There are nice walking and biking routes in the area, and not far to the beach. There are frequent tram and bus connections from Mårslet to Aarhus city (free if you have AarhusCARD). Please note that I only rent the house to families.
