Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. While the area is residential and quiet, you have bus stops, markets, parks, and just 3km/10 min to the city center, making it an ideal base for you. Note the ceilings are lower than usual.

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

Villa Kolstad Guest House

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the long views and the green surroundings. The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. Dette skønne sommerhus har et fantastisk lysindfald fra syd og vest til det store alrum med køkken, stue og pejsestue i ét. Huset har mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude og er indrettet med både nye og gamle ting, så det er både praktisk, afslappet og hyggeligt at være i huset. Der er terrasser på alle sider og en stor have fuld af blomster og skovjordbær. Der er 5 minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand og 25 minutters kørsel til Aarhus med Tivoli, Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard osv.

Charming first floor apartment with an oceanview. Perfectly located between the beautiful Marselisborg forest and the beachfront. Lots of sightseeing opportunities such as Marselisborg Palace and "The Infinite Bridge" are within walking distance. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, a balkony and a washing mashine. There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

Slutrengøring kan tilkøbes for 135 €. Hvis ikke, forventes det, at I selv gør huset rent efter opholdet.
