The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. A beautiful farm with breathtaking nature around it. For city dwellers like me, the perfect place to come down and unplug. Around it are only fields, with a view into the distance. You host is kind and helpful. The animals on the farm are sugar sweet. My dog and I felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this great accommodation (with direct parking at the house entrance). Dear Margret, Thank you so much!

It was so beautiful. There is everything you need in the apartment. + a large cozy couch. The dogs were happy as small treats were waiting for both. There is a dog bed, towels and so on. We can only recommend.

We stayed at Helen's for a short girls' weekend. We were so nicely received by your very dear mother, who explained and showed us everything. We found her very likeable and felt immediately welcome and comfortable! 🥰 You can tell how much love and work is put into the wonderful house and the huge garden. We especially liked the fact that the whole property is fenced, so that our two dogs could always play in the garden and we were not afraid that they would run into the street. 🐶🐶 The location is a dream, everything is very idyllic and the area is great for long walks. We will definitely come back! 🥰
