Our second stay! We enjoyed the first so much, we wanted to come back. The hosts are very friendly and proactive, and supported our travel needs with ease. Highly recommend! Also, just around the corner has some great restaurants, so everything is accessible and easy to find.

This is a beautiful space which was perfect for a mid-trip luxurious break to catch up on some well needed sleep in a comfortable, cool and peaceful space. We took the opportunity to catch up on laundry, enjoy a cup of tea and sit in front of the telly to put our feet up after a long week of trekking the desert, mountains and souks of Morocco!! I was sad to leave as the night’s sleep we had was one of the best. Would recommend.

Todo impecable, salvo que los últimos días se sintió mucho olor a desagüe en el baño principal. Salvo esto, el alojamiento es precioso y muy bueno para alojarse.

Appart spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle est très grande et à l'air d'être bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Je sais que cela ne se fait pas beaucoup au Maroc mais un petit rideau pour la douche serait un vrai +. L'appart est très bien situé, à proximité des axes principaux de Marrakech, Médina accessible à pieds, promenades en calèche à côté. Place de parking privée au sous sol de la résidence. Petite supérette en bas de l'immeuble, quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Le seul petit bémol pour moi mais qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir: - appart au 4ème et terrasse au 6ème, il faut prendre l'ascenseur pour y accéder, on ne peut donc pas y aller en simple maillot de bain, il faut s'habiller puisque l'on traverse des espaces communs. Philippe et Nissrine sont très réactifs et de bons conseils, merci beaucoup à vous 2!

Very pleasant stay. We found Youssef’s place exactly as described in the listing. We loved that he gave us clear and detailed instructions for check-in. Place was easy to find and located conveniently right next to the old Medina. Also conveniently, there is a grocery store in the same building and lots of places to eat in immediate surroundings. Inside, we enjoyed a well stocked kitchen, furniture felt like new and decor was well done giving the apartment a special modern look and feel. All windows offer a stunning view of the Medina and surrounding mountains. More on the design and comfort: Youssef’s apartment felt like it was renovated and decorated with a good taste and a harmony can be seen/felt through out the whole interior. Thumbs up for that. Youssef was helpful and very responsive as far as communication goes. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Marrakech and would book it again.

Die Unterkunft ist einwandfrei! Schön eingerichtet, Sauber! Die Kommunikation mit Rachida war super freundlich und sie war immer schnell zu erreichen. Meriem hat uns so freundlich begrüßt, lecker Frühstück zubereitet und uns wie zuhause fühlen lassen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und hat einen tollen Ausblick in das Atlasgebirge. kleinen Punktabzug gab es für den Zustand der Umgebung - die Nachbarhäuser sind nach dem Erdbeeben noch alle im Aufbau, es wurde viel gearbeitet. Wir haben uns trotzdem rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft von Preis Leistung empfehlen

Nous étions une famille de 5 adultes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Trois d'entre nous ont beaucoup aimé l'emplacement du riad dans un quartier très très populaire, très dépaysant alors que les deux autres ont été dérangé par le bruit, la pollution, les odeurs. Le riad est très calme. Nous avons adoré la cuisine de Aïcha qui est une très belle personne. Nous avons adoré les marocains : très accueillants, très sympathiques. Nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Yahya's place! The villa is so spacious and equipped with everything you could need. The beds are really comfy and the villa feels really safe. Yahya was always on hand to answer questions and help with anything. We paid to have the pool heated which was perfect and meant our two children spent many happy hours in it! We also chose to have 3 dinners made at the villa by two ladies who cooked delicious food - would really recommend this service. The location is remote, but it is not far from the main road and then it is an easy drive to the supermarket (Carrefour is 15 mins drive) and then 10 minutes further to the centre of Marrakech. We hired a car at the airport. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

Excellent séjour au Riad d’Aziz !!! Aziz est un hôte très accueillant, il nous avait prévu le transfert ainsi qu’un bon repas à l’arrivée dans le Riad (arrivée à minuit), il est toujours aux petits soins et de bons conseils ! Il est très réactif à la moindre de vos demandes, merci pour tout 🙏 !! Le Riad est grand avec une salle de bain pour chaque chambre, et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner ou laver le linge, dans une résidence sécurisée avec piscine et tout ce dont vous avez besoin sur place (épicerie, restaurant, distributeur de billets, …). Nous avons passé un super séjour grâce à Aziz et son Riad !! Merci beaucoup

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement était au delà de nos espérances et avons pris plaisir à profiter des differents espaces (bassin, salon extérieur, terrasse…). Par ailleurs nous tenons à remercier Nadia qui s’occupait de nous concocter de bons petits déjeuners tous les jours de de refaire nos lits tous les matins (service proche de ceux proposés à l’hôtel). Enfin Nadia a été très arrangeante et a grandement faciliter notre arrivée notre départ. Un superbe séjour, et un Riad magnifique ! Je recommande et y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Loved our stay at this Riad on the edge of the Médina. We had the whole Riad to ourselves and it was very quiet and cleaned each day. Had a lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace prepared by Fatima which was a bonus. The Riad is close to everything and we walked to all tourist sights. Would highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt in dem Riad war wundervoll. Wir wurden super instruiert und der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Omar hat für uns einen Transport vom Flughafen organisiert und so war die Ankunft sehr angenehm. Super schönes Riad, sauber, gut gelegen und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.

De Riad was prachtig en goed gelegen. Suade wachtte ons op bij de plek tot waar de taxi kon komen en leidde ons naar de Riad. Aangezien wij vroeg waren konden we de koffers alvast binnen zetten. In de middag hebben we de koffers uitgepakt en ons intrek genomen in alle kamers. Kleine kanttekening, de slaapkamer beneden kan niet volledig afgesloten worden waardoor er beestjes naar binnen kunnen komen. Ontbijt werd door Suade verzorgd en was zeer uitgebreid. Erg handig omdat er geen supermarkt in de buurt zit, dichtsbijzijnde Carrefour op 1,4 km. De Riad is perfect als uitvalsbasis, rustig maar toch snel in de gezellige drukte. De host regelde perfect de taxi transfers. Dit is ook aan te raden omdat het anders moeilijk te vinden is, Google Maps wil je soms door muren heen laten lopen. Suade is uitermate vriendelijk en kookt geweldige Tajines en Briwats. Hou er rekening mee dat ze Frans spreekt. Wij hebben genoten en raden deze Riad van harte aan.

Nice place and location

Superbe grand appartement high-tech, parfaitement propre, bien équipé et très calme. Très bon wifi stable à 20 Mbs. Merci à Hamza pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité. Nous recommandons à 200 % et nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain voyage.

Ein absoluter Traum – besser geht’s nicht! Diese Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich mit kalten Getränken empfangen – ein wunderbarer Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause – dieses Gefühl hatten wir bisher in keiner anderen Unterkunft. Alles war blitzsauber und roch herrlich frisch. Die Terrasse lud zum Entspannen ein, und man spürte überall die liebevollen Details, mit denen die Unterkunft gestaltet wurde – einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Wir können diese Unterkunft aus tiefster Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Es war eine ganz besondere Erfahrung, die wir nicht vergessen werden!

le séjour a été extraordinaire. l appartement est idéalement placé, très fonctionnel, pratique , avec un rooftop et une piscine privée extrêmement agréable . l arrivée et le départ a été très fluide avec Marouane. Maria est très disponible et répond très rapidement . Le quartier est idéal proche de tout et de toutes commodités. on aurait pas pu mieux trouvé. Merci Maria pour ce séjour inoubliable . je reviendrai avec un immense plaisir.

Un séjour très agréable dans ce beau logement dans lequel j’ai séjourné avec ma fille. Le logement est très confortable et très propre. La localisation est idéale. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir très prochainement.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans l’appartement de Soufiane. Le logement était magnifique, impeccablement propre, très confortable et généreusement équipé, avec une attention portée à chaque détail. L’accueil de sa maman a été d’une grande chaleur humaine. Un immense merci à elle pour les délicieuses cornes de gazelle et toutes les petites attentions qui nous ont profondément touchées. Cette location reflète à merveille l’esprit généreux, bienveillant et respectueux de Soufiane et de sa famille. Un grand merci à eux pour cette agréable parenthèse, empreinte de douceur et d’hospitalité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
