Villa vacation rentals in Marrakesh

Hasna & Fatima made us feel right at home and Hasna made us wonderful meals. The house is incredible and as we were there in December, it was too cold for the pool. You definitely need a rental car as you are quite remote, about 30 min from Marrakesh, but this is a similar distance to town from the major resorts. Some options nearby for lunch, but recommend to have Hasna cook for you in the evening.

Afifa and Jean Claude's place was just what we needed after a long drive from the Sahara, and a nice respite from the busy nature of Marrakech. The architecture and lush landscaping truly can be captured with the word, "oasis." Their staff, Hamza and his wife, Fatima, tended to what we needed while giving us our space and privacy. The meals were nicely prepared, and taxis were scheduled as needed. The included airport transit is a very nice touch. Don't be alarmed when going to their place for the first time, as you will access via a dirt road (there is development around their home), because once you enter the gate, you're in a whole new world of relaxation. The pool was lovely, and we saw chickens, a turtle, and even peacocks on the property as we enjoyed the lounge chairs outside. We very much enjoyed our stay as we were treated to the lap of luxury for a few days.

An exceptional stay. Special mention for Kacem who is an exceptional host: responsive, considerate, caring. We would highly recommend it. The heated pool and the quality of the housekeeper are two highlights.

Beautiful villa! We couldn't enjoy the spa and massages because we had a busy schedule. Everything being clean. Breakfast served every morning was good. The staff was welcoming and smiling. It went very well

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Marrakech! The place is really nice, with neat and elegant architecture. Everything is impeccably clean. The pool is a real gem, perfect for enjoying the Marrakech sun. We had a great time with the family. Mr. Walid was exceptional: always available, attentive and very welcoming. He was able to respond to all our requests with kindness and efficiency. The villa is in a good location, minutes from the center, with several amenities nearby. But what really marked our stay was the pool attendant. Her generosity and kindness exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did he ensure the good condition of the pool, but he also had a touching attention by bringing us fresh bread, a simple gesture in appearance, but which deeply warmed our hearts. She is someone who embodies Moroccan hospitality. Thank you very much.

We had a magical stay at this peaceful villa near Marrakech. The setting was quiet and serene, with visits from a friendly cat, tortoises, and even peacocks. The villa was spotless and beautifully kept. Huge thanks to Fatima and Rachid—every meal they prepared was incredible, especially the lamb tagine we made during a cooking class with Fatima. They also took us to a local market, where we experienced authentic Moroccan life and enjoyed delicious BBQ lamb and beef. Rabia was amazing—super responsive and helpful throughout. This villa is perfect for relaxing away from the city and immersing yourself in real Moroccan culture. The only minor point was the kids’ sleeping setup, but they were happy and comfortable. We had a very nice experience. Beautifully decorated house. Pool is the highlight and can be heated if requested. Khadija is amazing. Breakfasts were delicious. Served hot with flexible timings. Amine and Lillya were very responsive. Helped facilitate airport transfers and a rental car delivered to the airbnb at a reasonable rate. Anything you need or any questions you have before or during the stay; just ask them and they will have recommendations. I will definitely stay here when I visit again.

Perfect stay in Marrakech. Close to the old city, to the airport, to good restaurants and activities. Amazing with a private pool. Babusha made amazing Tajine for us, and it was always perfectly clean everyday, that we really appreciated. They also had a ping pong table that was used a lot by us. Perfect stay, highly recommend to others!

We had a great time at this beautiful villa, a quiet and peaceful place, ideal for relaxing. The pool is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean and well-equipped. A big thank you to Rachid for his warm welcome and impeccable service. Salma, the owner, was also very available and attentive throughout the stay. And a huge thank you to the cook for the delicious breakfasts and meals she carefully prepared for us! We would definitely recommend this property

We were very well hosted in the accommodation as part of a private residence and secured by staff. The accommodation was very nice, good quality, with attentive staff. The only downside would be the rather complicated communication with the housekeeper who only speaks Arabic. But she makes an effort to try to understand as best she can.

The team of staff there were so helpful, we had 2 cooks and 2 other staff alongside them. Could not recommend more! Friendly and accommodating! Thank you for an incredible stay. The food throughout the weekend exceeded expectations- better than any restaurant we went to! Nothing was too much trouble!

We had an incredible weekend at this stunning villa in Marrakech! The space was even more beautiful and spacious than we expected; perfect for our group of friends coming from all over the world. The outdoor area was huge and ideal for relaxing, socializing, and enjoying the sunshine. Inside, the villa was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The service was outstanding; everything was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable group getaway!

The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos, or even more beautiful in reality. Habiba, the cook, embodies true Moroccan hospitality, with exemplary kindness and politeness and she impressed us with her smile and warm welcome. The place is impeccable, nothing to repeat. I would highly recommend it. You just have to allow between 25 and 30 minutes by car to reach the center of Marrakech, and this was mentioned in the listing so we already knew it, no surprises.

Anass's house is very beautiful, spacious and well decorated with all the necessary comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, everyday utensils, etc.) and very nice "extras" (billiards, table tennis, swimming pool, barbecue). We had a lovely time there. Anass is very responsive and caring. Naïma (the cook) obviously contributed to the quality of our stay. The house is located about twenty minutes from the center in a developing area (restaurants and a Carrefour Market 5 minutes by car).

We had a wonderful stay at the stunning Villa Shems. The service that Naceur provided was top notch. No question was too small. He also helped arrange a driver and meals (which were delicious). Zineb was so kind. The “extras” made the stay even more enjoyable. It was such a relaxing place to unwind. The beautiful pool was an added bonus. I highly recommend Villa Shems and intend to return on another trip.

An unforgettable stay at Villa Domia! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Soumia, whose kindness and professionalism marked our entire stay. Her royal couscous was absolutely exceptional – a real Moroccan feast prepared with love. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained, with daily housekeeping worthy of a luxury hotel. Every detail is designed for comfort and well-being. A big thank you also to Mohammed, our driver, always punctual, available and very courteous. He greatly contributed to making our stay smooth and stress-free. Although the villa is about 40 minutes from downtown Marrakech, the peaceful setting and overall experience are well worth the detour – it's a true haven of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
