Beautiful apartment with quality materials. The decoration is done with great taste and very classy. The pool and rooftop jacuzzi is really a plus and our 2 year old daughter had a blast. Small shopping mall nearby and good restaurants. The accommodation is 15 minutes from the center of Marrakech by car. You can rent this accommodation without a second thought, it is beautiful and impeccable. Great stay and host available and responsive.

The location is great. Everything is close. There is a taxi station just 30 m away. The accommodation itself is impeccable and neat. Apart from some work in the building that may cause a little noise and/or water outage. Everything is great!

Honestly this place is a gem. Fantastic clean and tidy place with amazing decor. Place was well furnished and the photos don’t do it justice. This is one of the places where it actually looks better than the photos, Anissa was such a lovely host always well communicated and was flexible with our needs, for example we had a late check in. The location was amazing, it’s an area where it’s close to the centres and has its quiet perks, but the choices for food in all just a walking distance you won’t be board, if I come back to Marrakesh I’ll be booking this place again. The hot tub was great as well. I’m gonna miss this place. I came 8 years ago and marrakech has changed so much. Thanks again Anissa , our stay was amazing

Mohamed is a superb host, always on hand to assist and goes above and beyond to support and make you feel at home. He clearly cares that guests have an enjoyable stay, which is a true credit to him! The property is magnificent, even better than the photos. Clean, relaxing and just in the most beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to stay! I will be returning very soon! :)

For those like me who like to be close to the most beautiful avenue, the best restaurants and places in Marrakech this is the perfect apartment. All within walking distance. For those looking for calm but the street is lively in the evening you can hear traffic. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, mentioning + for the hot tub to relax.

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it's very large and looks well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it's not done much in Morocco, but a small shower curtain would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main roads of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, carriage rides nearby. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small supermarket downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to access it, so you can't go there in just a swimsuit, you have to get dressed since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and offer good advice, thank you both very much!
