Our second stay! We enjoyed the first so much, we wanted to come back. The hosts are very friendly and proactive, and supported our travel needs with ease. Highly recommend! Also, just around the corner has some great restaurants, so everything is accessible and easy to find.

Beautiful, I highly recommend it

This is a beautiful space which was perfect for a mid-trip luxurious break to catch up on some well needed sleep in a comfortable, cool and peaceful space. We took the opportunity to catch up on laundry, enjoy a cup of tea and sit in front of the telly to put our feet up after a long week of trekking the desert, mountains and souks of Morocco!! I was sad to leave as the night’s sleep we had was one of the best. Would recommend.

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it's very large and looks well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it's not done much in Morocco, but a small shower curtain would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main roads of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, carriage rides nearby. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small supermarket downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to access it, so you can't go there in just a swimsuit, you have to get dressed since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and offer good advice, thank you both very much!

Very pleasant stay. We found Youssef’s place exactly as described in the listing. We loved that he gave us clear and detailed instructions for check-in. Place was easy to find and located conveniently right next to the old Medina. Also conveniently, there is a grocery store in the same building and lots of places to eat in immediate surroundings. Inside, we enjoyed a well stocked kitchen, furniture felt like new and decor was well done giving the apartment a special modern look and feel. All windows offer a stunning view of the Medina and surrounding mountains. More on the design and comfort: Youssef’s apartment felt like it was renovated and decorated with a good taste and a harmony can be seen/felt through out the whole interior. Thumbs up for that. Youssef was helpful and very responsive as far as communication goes. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Marrakech and would book it again.

We had an amazing time at this Riad. It was well organized, if we ever needed something Rachida was always responsive. Marium our local help was so fantastic and cooked delicious breakfast and dinner whenever we needed. If we ever ran late or needed a later checkout, there was flexibility. I would highly recommend this Riad so close to all of the main attractions of Marrakesh.

We were a family of 5 adults. Loved our stay. Three of us loved the location of the riad in a very popular neighborhood, very exotic, while the other two were disturbed by the noise, pollution, smells. The riad is very quiet. We loved Aïcha's cooking, who is a very beautiful person. We loved the Moroccans: very welcoming, very friendly. We've always felt safe.

Excellent stay at Riad d'Aziz!!! Aziz is a very welcoming host, he had planned the transfer as well as a good meal on arrival in the Riad (arrival at midnight), he is always very attentive and gives good advice! He is very responsive to the slightest of your requests, thank you for everything🙏!! The Riad is large with a bathroom for each bedroom, and everything you need to cook or wash laundry, in a secure residence with swimming pool and everything you need on site (grocery, restaurant, ATM, etc.). We had a great time thanks to Aziz and his Riad!! Thank you so much

We had a great time, the accommodation was beyond our expectations and we enjoyed the different spaces (pool, outdoor living room, terrace, etc.). In addition, we would like to thank Nadia who took care of cooking us good breakfasts every day and making our beds every morning (service close to those offered at the hotel). Finally Nadia was very accommodating and greatly facilitated our arrival and departure. A great stay, and a beautiful Riad! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay at this Riad on the edge of the Médina. We had the whole Riad to ourselves and it was very quiet and cleaned each day. Had a lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace prepared by Fatima which was a bonus. The Riad is close to everything and we walked to all tourist sights. Would highly recommend.

The place was really nice. Most importantly the service was impeccable. Omar was super helpful and flexible.

The airbnb is beautiful and exactly what you see in the pictures. But keep in mind it’s also in the heart of the medina and short walk from the nearest parking. While this was exciting for me, my old parents had a slightly challenging time. There are many tourists living in the area and it is a safe place. The neighbours are very sweet and helped when I had a problem with the lock of the door.

Wonderful riad, atmospheric, in the spirit of Morocco. Very nice hostess of the riad, very tasty cooking local dishes. The riad is in the very center of the Medina, the old town, and it is convenient to walk to the main attractions. For a group, a large family is a great option. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool, it was cool. But it made the view very cool.

Great place near the airport, and easy to check in and out. And above all Yassine was very responsive.

The stay was extraordinary. The apartment is ideally located, very functional, practical, with a rooftop and an extremely pleasant private pool. The check-in and check-out was very smooth with Marouane. Maria is very available and responds very quickly. The neighborhood is ideal, close to everything and all amenities. We couldn't have found better. Thank you Maria for this unforgettable stay. I will come back with great pleasure.

The right place to stay

We booked a family trip with our son. We wanted to be a short taxi ride away from the main square and have somewhere peaceful to stay after visiting the markets. The apartment and pool were absolutely perfect. The secure gated & manned grounds and pool are well looked and cleaned everyday. It's like a hotel size pool without the madness of a hotel! Only ever a few other people using the pool at any time. The apartment was perfect for everything we needed. Great size, immaculately clean, and our favourite part was the quiet balcony to relax in the evening. There is a small BBQ and firepit which was how we spent every evening. Soufiane has been amazing with communication from start to finish and his mum checked us in and was so kind and helpful. If you want somewhere peaceful to stay not far away from the main square/markets, this is the place. We will be back to Marrakech in the future and will be staying here again. Just perfect experience all round. Thank you Soufiane!!
