Carrie House Apartment

TinaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
WE thoroughly enjoyed our time at Karen's Airbnb! It was nestled into the woods on top of a hill overlooking a valley of trees and water. The location was perfect - providing a short drive into Marquette and surrounding dinning options. It also was convenient to some of the Upper Peninsula's must sees (Copper Harbor, Sugar Loaf, Munising and much much more. The accommodations were great, all the amenities and comforts away from home. I would highly recommend!

Bill & Ted

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! It was very clean and looked just like the photos. The beds are also very comfy and good pillow choices. The kitchen had what we needed and we loved the location just outside of Marquette and on the golf course. We will be staying here again!

Superior View 2

JosephRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Jean's Superior View 2 is very comfortable and is located a very short distance from beautiful Lake Superior beaches and a lakeshore bike and pedestrian path that leads to the very special Presque Isle to the north and the south harbor and downtown to the south. The 2nd floor dwelling has a very comfortable living area, an inviting dining area, and a very useable kitchen with many useful utensils and appliances, for example, full refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig (with pods provided!), a drip coffee maker and hot water pot. While cooking meals on a stove or oven is not possible, that was never an issue with all the great restaurants in the area. One thing to be aware of is that the stairs leading to the dwelling are steep and have rather narrow treads, a normal feature of such an old-vintage dwelling. The whole place has been carefully restored and thoughtfully decorated. The beautful wood floors and the special character of all the wood trim was lovely to see.

Cozy house with lake view near Marquette

GailRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a comfortable stay with our pups. This is an older home that has been nicely updated. We found the home comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It was also nice to have access to the shed to store our bikes. One word of caution the only bathroom is upstairs and the stairs are quite steep. This was no problem for us but if you have trouble with stairs this place may not be for you. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
