Upfront House -Walking Distance to everything!

MichaelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Kyra's home was exactly what we needed for a weekend family stay for a wedding. The home, built in 1900 according to Zillow, is in some ways showing its age but this, arguably, adds to its charm. We had everything we needed and everything was as described. I appreciated Kyra's responsiveness and we look forward to a future visit to Marquette.

Charming & Bright 3 bedroom home on east side

FrankRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is the place to stay in Marquette! Stand outs include the proximity to town and the beach, with great recommendations in the welcome book Cara provided. One of the best standouts was the restoration done on the home. Normally you see quick DIY fixes and coats of paint to hide the blemishes… but not Cara’s listing. I can tell time was taken to preserve the original build ins and hardware. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a great time staying at her place. The fenced in back yard was nice for our dog to run off leash. Only improvement would be to have a clothes washer and dryer. Thanks for hosting!

We had a great stay at the Cedar Cabin! Everything was just as shown in the photos, but somehow even cuter and more homey. They’ve done a wonderful job of curating the space and I’m excited to see what comes next for the property. We’ll definitely be back with our puppies next time!

4-Bedroom Adventure Destination

CrystalRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had an amazing stay! We were in town for a couple days to tour Northern Michigan University with our son. We had more than enough space for my husband, myself and our two kids (young adults). I particularly loved the oversized coffee table in the living room, it was perfect for board games. We will definitely recommend this home and stay here again in the future. The place is beautiful, clean and feels like home. Thank you for hosting us and sharing your home with our family!

Two master suites minutes from downtown.

AdamRating, 5 stars1 day ago
The house was beautiful and had lots of room for multiple people. There are plenty of activities and things to do in the house due to the basement, volleyball court, fire pit, and really nice backyard. Was also very clean and well prepared for our arrival, we had all the supplies we needed for our stay and were very comfortable the entire time. Above all, the bang for your buck is great, as it’s relatively inexpensive and extremely comfortable/luxurious for the amount that we payed. Overall great place, would definitely stay here again!

Lakeside Cottage #4, Hot tub, Boats, Snowmobiling

My best friend and I stayed with our families for the Gwinn Gus Macker weekend and we loved it! The boys fished, rode their bikes and relaxed in the hot tub after a long chill day of playing ball! We were able to sit by the fire and relax with the sound of crickets in the background - we will definitely be back! Maybe with the entire team next time!
A serene lake scene is captured at dawn, with the soft glow of the rising sun reflecting on the calm waters. Mist hangs lightly over the surface, framed by lush greenery and the silhouette of a dock in the distance.

Lakeside Cottage #3, Hot Tub, Boats, Snowmobiling

PaigeRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Although our stay at the cabin was a little cramped for 6 adults, it was perfect for what we needed. There is a grocery store nearby for all food needs, and bigger cities like Marquette are only an hour away. There are many waterfalls within 30 minutes that are easy access. Most amenities are provided (pots, pans, dishes) and there are some boats for the lake for the cabins. The cabin did have towels for showering, but I would bring your own for the lake and hot tub. One thing to note is the GPS does not take you to the right location, rather it takes you to a personal property down the road. Be cautious of the street addresses. There is also a non-grounded electrical cord in the coffee bar drawer for all grounded cords.

Had a nice stay. Neighborhood felt safe which was great since I was on a solo trip. Host was responsive and good communication. Was located centrally to alot of the waterfalls I was visiting. About an hour and half from bond falls and 2 hours from houghton. Hot tub was nice as well.

Deluxe Lakeside Cottage #5, Private Hot Tub & Dock

ValentinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
In general, I really liked everything 🥹 The hot tub is just great 😍 Everything is clean and tidy, Jacqueline was very quick and clear in responding to messages. We had a problem with a tree falling on the road and no access to the house, but George fixed it literally 5 minutes after I messaged him. The only thing that was a bit of a disadvantage was the condition of the kitchen, in my opinion, it needs a little repair. But in general, this did not interfere with our vacation, so we were satisfied and I can confidently recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to be alone with nature. This place is really worth a visit!😊
A charming cabin is set within a natural landscape adorned with autumn foliage. A wooden front porch leads to the entrance, surrounded by colorful fallen leaves. The exterior features a mix of dark wood and rustic elements, showcasing a welcoming atmosphere.
