My family and I unfortunately only stayed at Alberto's for the weekend. The apartment is a delight, just as you can see in the photos. It is clean, bright, quite spacious and well cared for in every detail. The terraces of the apartment are really nice and comfortable both for hanging clothes and for having an aperitif outside, and they overlook a very quiet area. Although the area is not particularly busy, it is very close to both the beach and the promenade, so it is very convenient for services. As soon as he welcomed us, Alberto gave us a tour of the apartment and the garage (another extremely positive note of this accommodation) and immediately made himself available for any of our needs and questions. I 100% recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back!

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. Six of us were on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary car repair. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also great - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. Ca' Masini was a pleasant surprise: immersed in tranquility yet a stone's throw from both the sea and the hills. San Giovanni in Marignano is a beautiful, lively and welcoming town, and the location of the house offers an unexpected atmosphere of peace. Impeccable communication, perfect cleanliness. Absolutely recommended!

We had an awesome stay here! The place is modern, clean and spacious. Great location right across from the beach with plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 4 pleasant days in this clean, well-organized penthouse (liveable attic) (the photos correspond to reality), with a large terrace equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a table. Our dog Romeo had a great time on the terrace, which can be easily cleaned if necessary thanks to the presence of the water tap. The host is very kind and very present for anything you may need. Well-served area, semi-central (20-minute walk to get to Viale Ceccarini, 6 minutes by car). The house is 5 minutes from the sea: Bagno 53, for guests of Das Nest, reserves a cabin for free use. We'll definitely be back.

There are so many great things to say about this Airbnb. The host is responsive, helpful, and kind! Me and my girlfriend were so happy we chose to stay here during our stay in Ancona. We could walk to the grocery store (3 min walk), go enjoy the port (1 min), or walk to the shopping area (10 min). We totally recommend for anyone to stay here to fully experience Ancona and everything it has to offer.

My stay was amazing! Everything was easy to walk to, and the neighborhood is very quiet. I had everything I needed and Morena is a lovely host!

This was our favorite place to stay in Europe the hosts were accommodating and stored our extra luggage while we went to Rome and Naples, very nice comfortable stay.

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Francesca's place is well structured, bright, and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but it is nevertheless very welcoming. The area where it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. Nearby are all the necessary services: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We stayed in this fantastically located house for 3 weeks. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes to the adjacent nature reserve just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really well taken care of in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just a country house. So we would come back anytime. Thank you very much for the very nice care.

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally received, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

We had a great time at Arianna's place. She is a very welcoming person, who gave us some great tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the calm of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding towns and the sea not far away. Communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really recommended for any stay in the area. Thank you so much for a great week.

He showed me the apartment carefully and immediately made himself available for anything I needed. During the stay, he wrote to me several times to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. Mehran is a super generous and welcoming guy. He goes out of his way to receive you in person, picked me up with his car several times and made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is more than comfortable, has everything you need for a short term stay, spacious, and close to several bus stops that link to the city center. I stayed here twice and I will stay again in the future. I highly recommend !!!

We had a wonderful vacation in Macerata and the apartment was one of the elements that made the stay truly perfect. The house is cozy, clean and cared for in every detail. The spaces are well distributed, with everything you need to feel at home — from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable and quiet sleeping area. The location is excellent: quiet but close to the historic center, ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the beauty of the Marche surroundings. Highly recommended! If we return to Macerata, we already know where we want to stay!
