Beautiful apartment, everything clean and very tidy, I really liked it.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Simone and Silvia were very kind. They picked us up at the station when we arrived and took us back at the end of our stay. The property is very well furnished and we didn't miss anything. It is highly recommended. We will be happy to return.

Excellent hospitality, very pleasant small touches dedicated to the customer. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Fair price. We had a good time. A bit of a peripheral area but still a short walk from the center of Jesi, which deserves to be visited.

Marco is an extremely kind and helpful host. He was always available for any clarification request, he is very precise in the information related to the house, the location is optimal and also the parking is easy to find. In the area there are shops within walking distance and a nice walk along the sea in a very central location. The house is all on one floor and is equipped with a very nice equipped terrace that is accessed through a spiral staircase, really delightful! I highly recommend it! Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we only stayed one night due to a ferry cancellation, so we didn't explore the area as much as intended. However we had a very comfortable night and managed to fit in lots of the older sights of Ancona

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

We chose Saverio's apartment to rest after a long trip, the apartment is very well maintained as well as the kitchen equipped with all amenities. We will definitely be back for a longer vacation, it's really an oasis of relaxation as described. See you soon

Short but intense stay, a real shame not to have stayed longer than the three days we had available. The place is lovely, beautiful view, cottage in great condition, top swimming pool. We were not well, very well, even more. The apartment matches the host's description, clean and with everything available. Super pool, practically at our exclusive disposal. Mr. Lino and his wife are reserved, discreet but always ready and helpful. We left a piece of our heart. Congratulations, we hope to return. Great place and beautiful decoration/renovation. The host is nice and efficient. We loved staying in this apartment. Nothing to complain about, you won't be disappointed.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.
