Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), you will not be able to access our garage during the restricted hours. Period residence in the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
