The farmhouse is very nice, finely renovated in a beautiful bucolic setting that overlooks the green Marche countryside with a view of Monte Conero. Just 10 minutes from Portonovo, a wonderful seaside resort, the property is definitely pet friendly, dogs have a beautiful lawn in front to be able to stretch their legs peacefully. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast for a fee, because since they don't have a kitchen, they can't offer you eggs or other hot foods, but many accommodations have an independent kitchen where you can organize your own meals.

Great location, very tidy and beautiful apartment. The room temperature is just right, and the room is very artistic. Check-in and check-out were very convenient, communication with the host was very smooth, and he responded quickly! Great!

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

Susanna is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. She is very responsive - she even interrupted her evening to immediately help me with a light bulb issue. As for the apartment, it was sparkling clean with a nice view from the bedroom that overlooks the Urbino countryside. The apartment is so ideally convenient to the main square yet quiet since it is located on a little side street. If I come to Urbino again, I would definitely stay at Susanna’s place.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

For Casa Colorata, we have nothing but praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hill; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated it with love and equipped it with everything, down to the smallest detail. We spent beautiful sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Accommodation suitable for a relaxing vacation, equipped with all services (unfortunately internet takes little). Communication with Tiziana is very effective. Beautiful surroundings, less than an hour from Urbino and twenty minutes from San Leo.

We were looking for weekend relaxation, we couldn't find better. Accommodation surrounded by greenery in the immediate hinterland of Ancona, whose center can be reached in ten minutes. Roberto and Mattia welcomed us "as old friends," accompanying us to the accommodation (of which we were immediately struck by the extreme order and cleanliness) and providing us with valuable information about restaurants, routes to take, and sites to visit in Ancona. An observation (which is a note of merit) already expressed verbally to Roberto and which can be useful to everyone: the photos do not fully reflect the beauty of the place and that of the apartment, a beauty that is much more appreciable in person. In short, to conclude, an extremely satisfying experience, of which I cannot find any negative aspect. Sincere compliments for the professionalism and friendliness of the hosts... not everyone has it.

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the sea... we stayed with our cats. The house is convenient for reaching the promenade and the beach, tidy and clean; equipped with all comforts, from the dishwasher to the laundry, air conditioning and bicycles, outdoor space and reserved parking space. The welcome basket with snacks and pastries for breakfast was much appreciated. Kindness and availability from the host. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a great place to stay! The location is amazing. It’s right in old town. The views out of the windows are amazing! The space is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Laura, the host, is wonderful! She takes great care in the details of her beautiful home. She is friendly and really wants you to enjoy yourself. It rained when we were there and Laura reached out with lots of things to do to keep you out of the rain. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. We would recommend to anyone and Laura is what makes this place so special.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Stefania is a very empathetic host, she gave us great tips on the area and welcomed us with a warm welcome. Always ready with answers and responsive. The house is comfortable, there were six of us and it accommodated us according to our needs. Very friendly and also present are the parents, who live upstairs. I recommend the apartment, which is located in a point where it is easy to move around the various places to visit in the area. From the caves of Frasassi to Senigallia. I highly recommend it.

The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Beautiful accommodation: impeccable cleanliness, ample availability of dishes and accessories, air conditioning in all rooms and large and well-kept garden. Possibility of accessing the beaches directly on foot in about 15 minutes, both equipped and free beaches. Inside the accommodation area there is a bar, a children's pool, one for adults and a tennis/soccer field. We had a very good time and if possible we will return in the future.

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
