A week of total relaxation, a little slice of paradise, tranquility and wonderful views. Highly recommended!

We just got back from 7 days here and it was great. The house was exactly as described, yes mostly original from 1956! (new kitchen appliances and bathroom!) but everything was in excellent condition and functional, quite comfortable for a family of 4 and dog. We did very much appricieate the detail and atmosphere of the place, all very cool. The living/dining space was perfect for hanging out and the deck provided great views of the surrounding mountains. A small perk that isn't evident from the posting is that despite it being in a neighborhood (the '56 Olympic Village) this house sits more or less "alone" on the corner so you don't have any direct neighbors which makes it feel a little more secluded in the woods. The location is a short car ride (<10 min) from San Vito di Cadore which is a great little mountain town with good restaurants and cafes. We truly had a wonderful time here. Thanks Duccio!

We had a wonderful stay in Borca di Cadore. Driving time to Cortina d’Ampezzo was 20 minutes! The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The house itself was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The only small detail was that we had to ask the owner to increase the temperature in the house by one degree, but they were very responsive and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Manuela was a terrific host. Always friendly, reachable, straightforward, and proactive. The house has a fantastic location and was extremely clean. You immediately felt at home and noticed how much work and attention to detail went into the house. We were able to switch off from everyday stress very well; also thanks to the hot tub, which we have used intensively and now miss very much;-)

although for only one night I can say and recommend everyone to stay in the organic lands and especially in the chalet.. cleanliness and impeccable order. Mr. Filippo, very kind. We will definitely see you again

This place is off the beaten path but that’s what makes it so special. Rik helps you get to it and then you are on a little piece of mountain paradise. He gave us a breakfast box and we ate at his amaze restaurant! The hot bath outside while looking at the Dolomites was just the icing on the cake!!

Amazing experience! The chalet is right on the mountain for a true ski in ski out. The view of the Dolomites is absolutely breathtaking! The home has been updated and it was a great place to stay. The host couldn’t have been nicer. He meet us at the ski lift and helped us with our things to the chalet. Very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. This is truly a rare find and such a special home. I would highly recommend staying here. I only hope to come back someday.

Nicely renovated house in the magnificent Ledro Valley amidst the mountains. The house has its own garden, which was a really nice addition. Paolo and his family are very friendly and welcoming. The road to the house is narrow, but for example we had a Ford Puma in use and there were no problems.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The surroundings are breathtaking. We had the best night sleep of our trip here at this place. The shutters made it so dark in the room so we slept so deeply. It was just what we needed. Then, waking up to have your coffee with this most spectacular view is beyond amazing. A few notes for people who are going to stay here. The hills are steep to drive so make sure you have a good car. Also, the pool needs to be heated and it takes a while to do that so ask the host to turn it on early in the day if you are looking to go for an evening dip. They will be happy to do that but you must plan in advance. As far as the local food, we ate amazing pizza close by in walking distance. I cooked the other night and that was really fun because the kitchen is amazing. This place is amazing and we wish we were able to stay for a week or two.

We felt very comfortable at the place. We were able to cook all the desired dishes in the fabulously equipped kitchen and even wash laundry in the existing and impeccable washing machine. We were able to enjoy the quietness and the sun on the balcony. This is also great for breakfast or dinner. There is a small coop around the corner (supermarket), great for small errands(card payment possible). There is WiFi available which also works great, but as we have also worked online on site we can say that the WiFi is not stable enough for video conferencing. The pellet stove in the living room/kitchen is really great and also looks good, it warms up very quickly and the temperature can be controlled via a display on the side. What we found a little getting used to was that garbage disposal requires a 5-7 min walk to the main road, as there are the garbage containers.

Our stay at “Il Masetto” was just beautiful. Good for relaxing, in a quiet secluded location, on the slope, in the woods! Highly recommended for those looking for peace, even with a dog! The path to the hut is adventurous but doable! Because once you arrive, with this wonderful view of the mountains, you know how to appreciate this location! Deer and fire salamanders were daily visitors! The house is equipped with everything you need. Everything is clean and so lovingly furnished! The hosts are super sweet and always available! The restaurant "Agritur le Vale," which is only 1 km from the house, is highly recommended! Absolutely outstanding food from their own production! We'd come back any time.

Great stay overall! Welcoming hosts, clean place to stay, easy access to town and Cortina, and beautiful views - can't ask for much more! This place is just as described, pictures are spot on and the amenities listed are accurate as well. Very clean, felt brand new. They were able to provide a crib and baby chair as we were traveling with 2 kids. There was two staircases to access, first one from the parking lot (one free parking space available), and the second to the second floor where the apartment is. Great views from the front and back and available balcony space to sit and enjoy the views! Right downstairs is the restaurant that this residence is a part of with great food, drinks, and also takeaway food options if needed. Nearby you can walk to a mini supermarket, another few food options, and yumm gelato :). 20 mins away is the main town of Cortina, an easy drive we made a few times with no issue. Overall very much enjoyed the visit and hope to be able to come back again!

The experience was great! Cozy and comfortable home, in a quiet area, but close to services. Michele was very kind in meeting our needs and personally welcomed us into the very tidy and clean house.

A truly beautiful place surrounded by nature. We loved sitting outside for our meals, watching the birds nesting in the eaves and the lizards sunbathing. A lovely river nearby and walks through the forest. Pristine beautiful nature all around ☺️

We spent a few days in this fabulous mountain cabin and can only describe the experience as perfect in every way. From the very start, we were impressed by the extreme attention to detail: every corner of the house is designed with love and attention, with warm furnishings, rustic but refined details and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The cabin is immersed in nature, quiet and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Inside, everything is impeccable. An authentic, relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nature getaway with maximum comfort and good taste. We'll definitely be back!

dream cottage, for lovers of the mountains, nature and knowing how to get by, this is the perfect place. Especially for those who want to escape from worldly life to rediscover the natural spirit, calm and sacred silence of the mountains. Enrico was very kind and friendly and above all super helpful. if you have doubts and curiosity he will be able to involve you in the life of the place and give you advice for magical places to visit in the surroundings. we will definitely come back, we fell in love with it.

A fantastic stay. Roberto will personally catch you and bring you to the house. After a short instruction, he immediately says goodbye so you can land and unpack in peace and quiet. If there is anything, you could always reach out to him. We were even allowed to check out from him later so that we could have a nice day in Italy on the day of departure. Top host!

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful house. The drive from the village takes about fifteen minutes and was curvy and narrow. From the house and especially from the village, many hiking opportunities are easily accessible. The photos show a perfect picture of the house. Don't expect a luxurious shower and no internet. Expect peace and a nice wood stove. As far as we are concerned, improvements for the house are: slightly better mattresses, a somewhat easier staircase to the loft/bedroom, a nice sofa next to the armchairs and where possible a slightly better hot water supply. Despite the areas for improvement, it's just wonderful!

Martina’s Tabià in the cute mountain town of Canale D’Agordo is pretty amazing. The space itself is very clean, cozy, and has fantastic views. Canale D’Agordo is a very charming town that has good food and nice little shops. Martina and Francesco went above and beyond as hosts! They had great recommendations for food and things to do. They even called restaurants for us when we had trouble getting reservations. I highly recommend this place and Martina as a host. We hope to return one day!

Delightful cottage, well renovated, cozy, well-kept, clean and really equipped with every comfort, anything that came to mind was present and available. The location is amazing with a breathtaking landscape, certainly meeting the needs of lovers of relaxation, the trails that surround it and the silence that reigns supreme, broken only by the chirping of birds. Kind, responsive and welcoming host, to whom we thank for the supplies found in the pantry and for the availability to meet us at check-in. Satisfied with the choice, I highly recommend it.
