The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

Just had a fantastic Christmas break in Dan’s house. Perfect home from home, beautifully decorated for Christmas with a real tree! Thanks so much, Dan. We loved staying in your house and had a fab time.

You will never regret staying here. It was simply terrific. The house has everything you need and was extremely comfortable. The outside space, well it’s superb! The pool and outdoor kitchen, eating spaces are really special. Lit up at night with the hot tub… we never wanted to leave!

We spent Christmas at Salix House and we were 11 pax in the party. Charlotte is an amazing hostess and her property is absolutely fabulous! The house is very well equipped and there’s so much to do: ping pong table, football, books and bars games. We had a fantastic time there and we would love to book to go in the summer! booked with miranda for a couple of nights and she couldn't have been a better host.. very helpful and responded to right awa to any queries I had.. the house and garden were both beautiful and the whole stay was very enjoyable.. would definaltet recommend 👌.

Amazing all around. Our kids were in heaven with the yard/pool/tennis court/trampoline/all of the other activities, the kitchen was a cooks dream, and the location was incredible. Close enough to get into the city easily while still being far enough away to relax. We can’t recommend Emma and family enough. We will certainly be returning!!

We stayed at the Coach House for three nights so all the family could meet up. Everyone enjoyed the space and layout was good for the seven adults and four children. The garden was safe for the children and the location was great for local walks. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large number of people. We all had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Folley’s Barn is spacious and very comfortable. A large living and kitchen area with plenty of seating. The hamper was a lovely addition and went down well! We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay and would recommend the barn as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We visited Cliveden, Marlow and Henley on Thames. We also enjoyed a meal at the Lions in Bledlow and a takeaway from the Cinnamon Longe.

Great place to stay, very helpful and accommodating

We had a brilliant stay. The house was beautifully decorated, light and spacious, and better than the photos. It was extremely well-stocked with everything you could want for a weekend away - probably the best stocked kitchen from an Airbnb. Brilliantly set up for babies and small children with a cot/chairs etc and lots of toys and games. The weather was amazing and we loved the patio and garden for eating outside. Everything is extremely modern and beautifully designed. The Sonos system worked well and the shower was extremely modern (and took a bit of getting used to!) We had a lot of questions and the responses were always quick and helpful. A really thoughtfully set-up stay. Thank you!

A great stay. The property was spotless and well equipped and just a few minutes walk to the local shops and marina, it made an excellent base for commuting to High Wycombe for a sporting event. Communication was great from the start, with easy directions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, V was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend notifying her of your arrival time; it allows her to prepare everything perfectly. Upon entering, we were greeted by a delightful assortment of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel uniquely special. V had arranged a delightful spread of personalized breakfast items upon request, featuring artisan breads, jams, butter, and even delicious chocolates and a cake waiting for us. The warm ambiance, enhanced by soft music and gentle lighting, instantly made us feel at home. V's interior decor is truly one of a kind, reflecting her fantastic personality and talent for design. It’s hard to know where to start singing the praises of Leticia’s Daffodil Cottage. We are on to our next location, and we all miss this gorgeous, ancient cottage and its *magnificent* gardens. The cottage was comfy and well-appointed inside, with plenty of room for our family group of 7. We were all so sad to leave! The children (ages 7, 2 and 12 months) spent a lot of time exploring the gardens, and my son and I added 45+ new species to our Seek app. So much time, effort and pride have obviously been poured into this paradise, inside and out. My friends back in the States were blown away by the pictures I posted and shared. We loved going into nearby Wendover to purchase food and eat at Shoulder of Mutton. And don’t miss Rumsey’s Chocolaterie. Sumptuous desserts, and affogato was divine. We also spent a lot of time piled onto the big bed in the downstairs bedroom, especially during the rain. So many wonderful family memories were made. A big thank you to Leticia and her team.

We had a great 4 Nights at the Folly’s. Such a lovely place to stay, we travelled down the west side of London with ease, visited Windsor & Henley on Thames. The kitchen is stunning with views of the garden!! Wait until you see the utility room, when you find it !!! My favourite place!! Bedrooms and showers were great, upstairs has a lovely view when you wake up in the morning. Parking outside the property for a couple of large cars. Would definitely recommend saying at Andrea’s property.

Sian was a fabulous host, the cottage was beautiful and my kids loved it. It was cosy, beautiful views, lovely English countryside and Sian helped a very jet lagged family from Australia get settled in. We would definitely visit here again.

Was over the moon with the place for the time we stayed. In a great location and very close to town centre. I would highly recommend for groups looking to stay in the area! Very responsive to any of my messages and were always willing to help with any questions I had.

We spent an enjoyable 3 weeks in this very old cottage which has been tastefully and sympathetically restored keeping its original low beams and features. Sydenham is a charming Oxfordshire village very close to the Chilterns. It’s an ideal place to explore from. There are lovely walks and views. It’s an easy drive to the market town of Thame and other thatched villages, many of which appear in Midsomer Murders. The Crown opposite provides pub meals and has a lovely garden.

Great home in Windsor. Comfy beds and clean decor. Lovely modern lighting and well done updates to an historic building. Very friendly and welcoming host and great place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants, Windsor Castle, and just across from the long walk. Overall great stay!

This place really is wonderfully appointed, all the modern conveniences you could hope for: there are three different ways to make a cup of tea! It takes no time to walk from Winnersh train station, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket/grocery store just the other side of the tracks. You can fit many cars but you won’t need one. The recommended taxi companies from the house book were super professional, too. Richard and Sarah are extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to book their place again, though as my sister only plans on getting married once I doubt the need will arise.

Our stay in Henley-on-Thames was made extra special by staying at Peter’s home. We had a beautiful, clean, organized home to retreat to after a day of visiting and playing tourist! It had everything we needed and more! The back patio was a wonderful relaxing space to wind down in. Walking to anything was manageable, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping in general and especially for us really close to friends we were visiting. What always makes things go smoothly is the host and Peter was great! When we come back to visit our friends we would definitely stay at Peter’s home again!

Great little cosy cottage slap bang in the middle of Henley. Sarah was super helpful when we were having trouble parking. Just a shame that we were only staying one night!

We had a lovely stay in Windsor. Our hosts were extremely responsive and made us feel like we could just relax and enjoy our stay. The house also smelled amazing with these beautiful diffusers!
