I can't say enough good things about Marla's Airbnb. We were there with another family in December and it's gorgeous! There was enough room to comfortably fit 2 families (collectively with 3 preschoolers and an infant). The separate but connected apartments were perfect for each family to have their privacy when needed but also come together. We had meals enjoying the beautiful view, snug next to the fireplace. The hot tub was wonderful. Communication was easy and Marla is graciously accommodating. For those of you traveling with infants, there's a baby bathtub and a pack n' play. I highly recommend and am hoping to come back soon.

Incredibly beautiful surroundings, right on the lake. Private and plenty to do with lake watching, kayaking and walking. The house was spotless, simple, comfortable and welcoming, great for a family of four. The fireplace and windows in the main bedroom were gorgeous. Kara and Serge were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be going again.

Our time at Debbie’s cottage could not have been better. We spent our days at all the local wineries which were no further than a 20 minute drive and our evenings by the dock watching the breathtaking sunsets. Debbie was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. We could not think of a better place to have spent our 8 year anniversary. We cannot wait to be back one day soon :) Thank you Debbie!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It’s the perfect getaway—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The highlight for us has to be the sunsets. We've traveled to many places, but nothing compares to the breathtaking sunsets here. The view is simply magical, with the sky painted in the most vibrant hues. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the porch has become our favorite part of each day. We can't recommend this place enough !

This place was absolutely beautiful the second we walked in. It felt so cozy and homey. I believe it was even nicer in person than in the photos. Personally cleanliness is at the top for me and the place was spotless, and smelled so wonderful. You can tell they thoughtfully chose their cleaning products and body care products - which amplifies the stay making it almost feel spa like along with staying at a cute cottage! Brought along a young daughter, and she adored it here! Dmitry was so responsive too to our questions before hand and gave us so much added information to help us plan for our trip. They even surprised us with a special treat for celebrating my birthday while we were staying there. We hope to rebook many more times!

Thanks Douglas for the perfect cottage. The cottage is right on the lake Ontario and is huge. Its suitable for large groups. Garden is spacious, home was very neat & clean and perfect sunrise views. The deck can accommodate 15+ people for barbeque evenings. The dark skies are perfect for celestial viewing. We will recommend this for vacations.

We’ve been staying at Jessica’s properties for the past four years and always enjoy our stay. If you have a boat or other water vessel, this place provides a free slip for the duration of your stay which is great! Jessica’s properties are always extremely clean, free of clutter and provide all the necessities and more! The restaurant and general store at the marina (on site) are very convenient. If you do have a boat or rent one on site, be sure to visit Juniper Island! It’s always a fav of ours to visit.

We had a great stay. Host met us at the door and showed us around. We two adults, two kids, and a dog and we had room to spare. Kitchen was very well equipped, easy street parking right in front, and though no washer the laundromat was right across the street. Easy walk to cute downtown and the river too. Michael was very communicative and made sure we had a great time. For sure would stay again.

Jesse is an amazing host. He was constantly checking in with us about our comfort. The house was squeaky clean. The highlight is the kayaks and paddle-boats. Kids had a lot of fun. House is pretty big with lots of area in the living rooms to sit and chit-chat. All in all a perfect getaway for big families.

Such a beautiful place with lots to see! Great location with an easy commute from Ottawa! Great response time and communication! Due to the weather we did limit what we did outside, and had some cars that struggled to get up the road so a bit more carpooling than expected but we had more than enough space to hang out inside!

Marcus has a lovely home. The two houses served my party of ten well for the 3 nights we stayed. The place was clean, spacious, but also accessible to areas of the property. The fences and bushes made it feels secluded, but you aren’t too far from anything (like the big apple!) I would happily stay here again!

The waterfront is beautiful, with a well-kept fire pit and a peaceful lake that felt private during the week. The cottage was thoughtfully stocked with everything from soap and coffee to all the necessary appliances. The internet was fast, and the heat pump kept us warm on cooler nights. We kayaked and canoed around the lake several times, enjoying the wildlife—turtles, herons, ducks, loons, and frogs. The fire pit was perfectly placed for sunset views, with plenty of kindling and wood. The BBQ worked great, and Verona offered everything we needed, including good food at Muddy Waters Restaurant and treats at a local bakery and Kawartha ice cream shop. The fall colors were stunning throughout our stay. Highly recommend this cottage for a peaceful, well-equipped getaway!"

We absolutely loved our stay at Greg’s. The cottage itself is cozy, comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. The barbecue is great and the views of the lake from the dock are stunning. The waterfront is perfect for swimming, and we also loved having access to the two kayaks. This is our third year renting this lovely place and we hope to come back again. Great experience all across the board.

Really a great place to be . So clean, beautiful and spacious. I’m a young guy but this place had me thinking how I will be in my 70’s chilling with my fam . Crazy man . And the bed … idk about that one. Fam I slept like a baby . Woke up full of energy . My friends asked me if i had too much coffee. It was just the bed man . Oh don’t forget to go by the water . Our stay was fantastic. The home is a great size with perfect bedrooms and a great kitchen to cook in. The living room and porch were awesome as well. We loved the dock and the ability to launch our jetskis right across the bay. I will say, prop boats should be fine. Jet boats just be cautious of the seaweed. It didn’t stop the fun though!
