A little Apartment on a farm of former times is searching there guests. It is very quiet around our house. There are only 16 km / 10 miles to Leipzig city centre. That means you can visit a beautiful german City during the day and relax on fire in the evening or having barbecue... The small kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your food. Our village Dreiskau-Muckern has around 460 inhabitants. The distance between lake Störmthal and us is only 1km. 200m away you will find a nice park to hear the birds sing or watch other animals. PURE NATURE Direct in the old surface mine you can take a ride on a quad bike. There are well prepared cycleways around here. That means you can feel free to ask us for a bicycle. Leipzig is reachable by bus or we will take our guests to tram Terminus or Leipzig main station. Altogether our accommodation is for people searching a mixture between town and village.

Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9 km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Lake Markkleeberg is perfect. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

The apartment is within walking distance of Lake Cospuden. There are plenty of shopping facilities nearby, e.g. Marktkauf, Aldi and a bakery. Parking is free in front of the house. Garden and terrace can be shared. Barbecuing is not allowed. By public transport you can reach the city in 10 minutes and quickly without changing trains at the book fair or Leipzig /Halle airport.
