Welcome to our lovingly renovated Wilhelminian-style house in the southeast of Leipzig/Stötteritz. The house has been restored by hand for the past 10 years from the basement to the top of the roof by master craftsmen. The ground-level apartment has its own entrance from the street and can accommodate up to 5 guests with two bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Hello, we rent a cozy attic apartment without sloping ceilings. It is fully equipped and can sleep up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There is a large and 2 small bedrooms with a possible division 3/2/2. In the living room can still use the sofa bed for sleeping.

We spent 3 days with our dog in the trailer and felt very comfortable. We reached the lakes and the city center easily by car, and the spacious garden with seating on the river is certainly wonderful to stay in summer (it was still too cold for us :)). We had everything we needed! Thanks for the hospitality:)

We felt very comfortable from the first second. The apartment is modernly furnished and very clean. Although we arrived by car (reserved parking right in front of the house), we were traveling by public transport. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and from there a train runs to Leipzig every 10-20 minutes. We recommend the apartment 100%.

We enjoyed the stay with Andreas very much. Good, quiet location between the city center and Lake Cospuden (both easily accessible by bike, but also a bus to the city center and the train station right outside the front door), bright apartment with views, parking right outside the front door on the street, good shopping in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is as described and super clean. We slept very well. Andreas is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were very flexible, even though we booked at very short notice. Thanks again for that, dear Andreas! We highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly book it again on a next visit to Leipzig.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is as describe if not better. With high end appliances and bedding we felt like we were in a luxury 5 star hotel but with more personality! Checkin and parking was easy and communication was top notch! We highly recommend this place and would love to have stayed longer.

Sandra is a very nice and warm host and was always available for us. The apartment is great for a short trip to Leipzig, there is everything you need. Also a stay of four was no problem due to the sofa in the living room. We also particularly liked the colorfully designed house entrance.
