Anne's apartment is great. It can be a perfect apartment for many, especially for couples, I think. It's peaceful, clean, new and modern, places to eat nearby, grocery store close by, tram stop literally next to the apartment, amazing host- so many conveniences. Only slight exception may be for those who wants to stay at the city center, don't need a moderately spacious apartment, nor cooking at the expense of lower price. It'd be nice if there were a microwave though, unless I haven't found it :'D as I barely went to the kitchen. The shower floor is ceramic, looks good but the renters are advised to be little cautious as it may get slippery. The apartment has a slight touch of a hotel. Some may like it, but I personally prefer a complete home atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend the apartment for those who are looking for the criteria the apartment offers.

Recommended! The apartment is fantastic. It looks even better in real life than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the big balcony with wonderful view. The apartment was also clean and well equipped and quiet. Florian was reachable during the whole stay and answered all our questions. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated.

Tino was a great host who takes good care of his guests. He supported me where he could. His humorous manner and the beautiful apartment made me feel at home.

Nice neighborhood ,felt safe at night as a woman traveling alone. Such a nice and clean place to get back to, great to rewind after a day in the city! Walls and windows are very thick so there’s not a single noise complaint problem even though it’s such a big complex!!

We had a wonderful time at Naveed's place. Communication and self check-in were straightforward and easy. The apartment itself was big, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The tasteful interior made it especially cozy and homey. We were also happy with the location, with the subway line U8 almost right at the building's doorstep and Hermannplatz only a short walk away. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin and hope to get to stay here again!

There were 9 of us at the house over New Year's Eve. Everyone got a place to sleep. The place looked like photos. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was clean and bright. The living room was pleasantly furnished. The garden is very beautiful, where we could make bread stick by the campfire, which is super exciting for children and very nostalgic for adults. Our absolute highlight was the hot tub, where we could relax in very warm sparkling water on cold nights. The host Reinhard was very accommodating and friendly. He already let my friends into the house while I was still on my way to the house. The check-in was therefore wonderfully quick and easy. When we asked about clothes racks, he was provided for us in no time. We had the whole house, hot tub and garden all to ourselves, so we could celebrate beautiful New Year's Eve. We are very happy and grateful that Reinhard made this possible for us. Thank you :)

Very clean place to stay in a calm area of Berlin. Close to a bus station with easy access to historical sites and museums in the city center. Self check-in and check-out were very easy.

Good place, everything was close: shop, good restaurant, fast food, shopping mall. I love that the apartment have everything that you have at your house(kimono, washing machine, dish washer, kitchen amenities and etc. Balcony 👌

Very nice simple apartment in the countryside just outside of Lychen. Has all what you need for cooking (including some beautiful ceramic pieces!). We really appreciated mosquito nets in some of the windows, so we could sleep peacefully during hot nights. The greatest thing was probably the table and the bench in the garden where we would eat our breakfast or drink tea. Even though the hosts live in the same big home, the apartment had full privacy. Henning is a very friendly host and nature lover, we had some interesting conversations.

What can you expect from Bernd? - A cuddly bed, hot shower and its own desk... But not only that, but an incredibly accommodating host, a stylish interior, a sparkling clean bathroom, top connection, a brick fur nose and a real home feeling. Can only recommend this AirBnB warmest!! Exactly what I searched for for my first 2 weeks in Berlin.

Rocios’ place was fantastic. Very clean, nicely decorated and with everything that we needed. Rocio was very friendly and responsive to all questions. I would highly recommend

We felt very comfortable with Petra and Diter. It was especially great that they provided us with bikes. We managed everything on site by bike and made beautiful little excursions in the area. We even had our own garden area with a grill and wonderful seating area. We will be happy to come back to this beautiful place anytime.

i stayed here with 4 of my friends and this airbnb felt like home. located in a peaceful area and close to public transport. there's also a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Caroline's apartment was a literal dream come true for our 10 day stay in Berlin. We were so happy to wake up every morning in her sun drenched massive apartment with beautiful forwards and backwards views. If i could give 100 stars I would! Location: doesn't get any better - its very close to mauerpark, multiple train stops and TONS of cool shops, bars and restaurants. Despite it being so central it was so quiet! You're staring directly at a beautiful church as well. Apt: just so cool, and unique. FILLLED with beautiful art and photography- i think I discovered a new one every day :) AH also, this building somehow is historic but also HAS AN ELEVATOR. I was the most worried about dragging my XL suitcase up a bunch of stairs but fear not. We had no issues with water pressure or temperature as some of the other reviews mention! Gigantic terrace was also a huge huge huge plus. Caroline herself is very responsive, kind and just so cool. We felt nothing but pure joy!

We had a great time at the beautiful blue house. The entire house was sparkling clean. We especially enjoyed the extensive equipment of the kitchen. Our hosts offered us two kayaks to use, which we used very intensively in the nearby lake. Even though we only spent a short time with Michael, the relaxation was very great.

Beautiful home! Helmuth was responsive and very helpful. The house is spacious with all the needed amenities and a yard perfect for the kids to play and adults to relax. We were so happy to have a nice retreat at the end of each full day of sightseeing!

Stylish, modern smart home well-equipped with everything we needed for a month-long stay. Quiet location with a small store in short walking distance and a full grocery 15 minutes away by car. We had a pleasant and easy stay thanks to Eugen.

The place was as described and pics. We felt very comfortable. Everything was available, nicely decorated and enough space for the 4 of us. A really nice quiet location if you want to escape the stress of everyday life from the big city.

Kam & Mac's place is just wonderful & exudes an absolute home feeling - so lovingly & aesthetically decorated, wonderfully quietly located (& yet a supermarket within walking distance) & just the perfect place to relax & unwind. We felt absolutely comfortable as 4 adults with 3 children & a dog. Of course, this was also helped by the fact that communication with Kam & Mac was absolutely easy-peasy & loving, thanks for that! <3 The only thing that was not so clear to us was that the two bedrooms are not rooms separated by doors, but that one bed is in the same room with the dining table & kitchen & the other is in the living room. For us, that was not a problem, for others that might have been a bit close ;-) We will definitely be happy to come back & are grateful that we were able to start the new year so magically & quietly.

Sabrina's house is lovely and comfortable, perfect for a family trip away. The area is peaceful and pretty, with accessible public transport into the city centre. We really enjoyed our time there!

Very nice location and quiet area. The property is new and in very good condition. Sauna and the hot tub are fired with wood, which Damian has made available to us. This was fun too. Instead of a broom, I would like a vacuum cleaner to clean through the apartment. One of the three rooms is very small. Living room and kitchen are comfortably furnished :) Thanks for the wonderful time and great accommodation.
