Die ca. 17 qm große Studiowohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Küchenzeile ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausgestattet und und verfügt über eine entsprechende Grundausstattung. Das Bad ist separiert und mit einer Dusche (80x80 cm) ausgestattet.

There are many shopping opportunities nearby. Next to the house is a bus stop with 2 bus lines. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation, but there is a balcony where smoking is allowed. There is always plenty of free street parking. Also suitable for longer stays.
