The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

The apartment is quietly located on the southern slope, approx. 15 minutes' walk from Lake Constance. 1 car parking space, as well as 1 bicycle garage for up to three bicycles are included in the apartment.
