We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. This listing couldn't have been more accurate. What you see here is what you get... a beautiful cottage, squeaky clean home, lovely surroundings, close to shopping but not too close, fantastic hosts, oh-so-comfy beds, scrumptious bread, extra amenities, abundance of pillows and fluffy blankets, and I could go on and on. Honestly, I felt like I was the first one staying in a brand new home because it was that clean! The hosts were on hand if I needed them, but there weren't any needs because they'd gone over and above before I arrived. Five stars - would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect! Our family was in town to celebrate our daughter's college graduation, and we needed a place for multi-families to stay and celebrate! Every part of the process was easy and the home was clean and beautiful, inside and out. The farm setting was perfect and peaceful. Unfortunately, we experienced some rainy weather while there and did not get full use out of the patio, fire pit, and bench swing. While there, we hosted a celebration lunch, and the space was perfect for the gathering. The kitchen has great space and is fully stocked with everything you need. The island was generously sized to serve food and the flow is very functional. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay again if we travel to the area.

Perfect little place to stay! Close to Branson, without all the hustle and bustle of the city. The small touches like the 50’s CD’s for the radio, tea, the cozy lighting, and coffee bar really took this above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area!
