We absolutely loved staying here!! Very clean and quiet, peaceful and beautiful!! Everything we needed was at the place and everything was super cute and very clean. I really appreciated Tammy’s little binder of instructions and recommendations for places to go and enjoyed the coffee bar. They really thought of everything!! Pictures looked like the stairs were outside, but I was pleasantly surprised to see they are indoors. I will say for future guests, GPS (we use the Waze app) lead us to a completely different private address. We passed the street the place was on so I easily knew where to go, just don’t trust GPS! Street sign is very visible thankfully and be prepared for gravel roads and a fun backwoods experience with gorgeous scenery. We loved it, so breathtaking, secluded and just what we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Phyllis was wonderful, kind, and inviting. check in and out was quick and painless. furniture is comfortable and she allows pets for a still reasonable price! plenty of space for the dogs to run and the place is perfectly placed far enough away from the hustle and bustle in town but close enough to run to the store if you need somrthing!

B3 Rentals cabin Southern Illinois near Rend Lake

Jason was a gracious and available host. The cabin was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were there for the total solar eclipse and unlike ANY of the other hosts we could fine they did NOT price gouge! Frankly I wasn’t sure what to expect since they kept to their usual rates for the event and was delighted with our little cabin. It’s near Rend Lake with hiking and fishing options available. Close to the town of Benton there are shops and restaurants handy from the rental. I’d definitely stay again.

This was a really nice place to stay. Quiet. Easy to get in and out. Close to the lake and things you may need in town. The inside was neat , packed with cute little car things. It would be perfect for a smaller family. It was a little tight with our big family but we still made it work ! They have just about everything you would need . Very convenient. The host was amazing, answered quickly and very friendly. 10/10 I would recommend staying here

Varsity Center theater always something on. Kitchen well fixtured. Shower works great. Bed very comfortable. Apartment is in the back of the building. Very satisfactory stay for work in the town.
